This modem worked as advertised. Simple installation, called TWC and was done in 10 minutes. My wife likes me again. I would recommend this product.

I got this to stop paying my provider a rental fee every month. I had read mixed reviews about problems other people experienced with their ISPs (internet service provider) but I was fortunate to not have problems. I followed the instructions on my ISPs site, and the quick start guide by Motorola and everything worked smooth. To avoid hassles, directly connect to the modem when setting up your service with your ISP. Once that works, then connect your router and set up your home network. If you try and set up your service and home network at the same time, your ISP will blame any problems on your network; which may mask real issues on their end.

Great way to save money. I have been paying Comcast for last 2 years $10 months for their modem and now I just bought this modem from bestbuy I don't have to pay them. It's very easy to setup and streams like the one from Comcast. Really I can't tell the difference. Great product

I'm not so sure how to review a modem - I just know it's faster than my previous ARRIS modem that lasted a long time; but, Comcast no longer officially supports. The 16x4 channel bonding makes a huge difference over the previous 8x4, even though both are DOCSIS 3.0. I also updated to a mesh wireless system, which seems to be an awesome combo with this modem since I tend to get over 120Mbps on downloads and 11Mbps on uploads.

This modem was very easy to install on my new Comcast internet service. Only took about 15 - 20 mins. I have the 150 plan but I am consistently getting speeds of over 180. Very pleased after coming from ATT Uverse 45 which always had buffering issues and slow connections. The ATT Gateway was very restrictive

Good value, Comcast upped the speed again my old 4 channel modem wouldn't keep up this did the trick and should keep up with any more speed increases. Owning your own modem is the only way to go, why give the cable company 10 bucks a month when this one will pay for itself in 8 months.

It works. It was pretty plug and play and it works well with spectrum internet. I had the biggest problem with the actual direction service but the device was never the issue.

They allow internet access, get over 25mbps dwnld, it’s worth the money to not have to rent one!

Great modem replacing one that I had for at least 5 years. Easy to set up and no issues since.
