We found the monitor a little washed out and text on documents too pixelated. All adjustments were made including using MSI's software tool and Windows font adjustment calibration. Exchanged for an HP Omni and was happy we did.

I bought this monitor in late November. I did research. Reviews were majority promising. A few days ago it started having issues. I thought it was just related to my system being in sleep mode at first. Nope. It has issues. It was shutting on and off. As well as menu popping up and moving on its own. Yet it wouldn’t acknowledge when I pushed on the menu. It’s out of the return period by 10days. I don’t buy bestbuy warranty because they’ve either NEVER honored it or they put up a huge fight, catch them lying etc etc. Online and in person. I’m not paying for disrespect. I have other MSI products. They’ve gotten better (motherboard impressed me) so I decided to go with this monitor. The warranty isn’t the best. To get to MSI customer support is a journey. It’s better than what it used to be, still messed up. I got unnecessarily bounced around a bit. Last person did guide me to the rma slip, so that’s good. I’m going to have to fork over some money to ship and who knows what else. The rest of my monitors are LG. And has lasted years. Even through storages, homelessness etc. The main driving point on this for me wasn’t just the cost but the quality and LG is making some questionable decisions so I don’t know if I want to stick with their stuff. I wouldn’t mind paying out twice the amount for a quality 40in instead of possibly half that and then another 100 and a bunch of time for

My grandsons love this product. They are true gamers and love the features, they said it meets all their needs and thensome

Love that this is a flat display. Using with my 80x30 standing desk and it's perfect. Highly recommend.

Had alot of issues with it starting and wouldnt turn on. Due to the bigger screen you can see the image isnt as great as others too. In Nvidia does support g sync but did return because of the screen not turning on at times

The monitor would be great, except it goes blank for a few seconds every few minutes. Iy was faulty right out of the box. I waited more than a month for it so I tried MSI support and message board troubleshooting and none of the steps helped. Now I have to cover the cost to ship the screen to MSI to fix on a screen I received just over a month ago and reported issues with immediately. I won't buy their products again, and I'm not certain I'd buy from best buy again. Other retailers have better or longer return policies.

Was a great monitor with good pixel quality and a fair price but fried itself within 2 months. Yes I had it on a new and reliable surge protector, no it didn't overheat.

This was beautiful when we got it. It looked phenomenal too. Unfortunately, the screen went out on the 3rd day of it being opened. Easy to return though.

was using a 34" ultra wide 3440x1440x120 ips panel Dell from 2018 as my primary monitor.--.it's now on my right and on the left is this 40" monitor.. have had it for 6 mos now.. came w/o any dead or stuck pixels. oc'd to 155hz works like a charm.. nvidia gsync also works on this monitor.. I paid like $430 six month ago from newegg, this black friday price? GET IT NOW. only drawbacks is DO NOT USE HDR MODE.. looks like crap, 400 nits not enough for good hdr.. only other downside is the power button. it's the meny joystick in back.. you have to hold it in for 4-5 secs to turn monitor on and off... should have been a normal, seperate power button.. but the SDR picture is AMAZING and clean.. no tearing, no ghosting.. easily the best budget screen I've ever seen. my old Dell I use cost me nearly $900/usd back in 2018.. if I had room on my desk, I'd get another one to replace it :P

I know this is a gaming monitor but it works so well for my job. I can have 3 windows open at once and can see all of them perfectly
