It’s nice to get deals even after you purchase an item but, I wasn’t informed I had to bring the item into the store to claim the deal on the day it was going on. Regardless it’s nice having more time to return things if something goes wrong.

I recently bought an 86 in tv, im so grateful for the clerk recommending the best but plus membership, not only did it save me money on my TV , but on all future purchases, im a regular customer of best buy, especially at Christmas, and with the wat prices are nowadays, it really helps, my savings can be spent elsewhere,

The benefits are solid—especially the free shipping and extended returns—but unless you buy high-ticket items regularly, you might not see the value. Some 'Member Only' deals are just okay, and you can find similar prices elsewhere if you look hard enough. It's a great program if you're loyal to Best Buy, but for a casual shopper, the $50 yearly fee might not be worth it every year.

As a regular Best Buy customer, I can confidently say that enrolling in a My Best Buy membership has completely changed my shopping experience for the better. The annual fee has already paid for itself through a combination of exclusive discounts, shipping perks, and peace of mind on my most important purchases.

I guess it’s ok…I haven’t really found this tier anything extra special. I should have opted for the more expensive tier that way I could have gotten free service plans with everything I bought.

First time using this. My fiance wanted it so we had a longer return window. That was very nice to have. Also offered Sunday ticket which was another plus. I know it has some great perks. We didn’t get to use all of them.

Easy to make returns. I wish there was a way that Best Buy could contact us if there was a price drop on large ticket items so we could get a refund. Kind of a pain to have to keep checking the price.

Sales man was excellent, he helped us with the purchase, getting the best value for the product, new credit card, interest free for 24 month, and delivery date.

Nice game . Good story . Not as long as the other mafia games. Good graphics. More reasonable price . Got it Black Friday , saved another $20 but still better oriced than a lkt if new games.

I have my doubts how frequently I will need plus membership. Then a sale happens that members often save even more that easily covers the cost of the $50 membership and makes it just worth while if you make one or more purchases a year at Best Buy. Example, bought an E-bike in 2025 and that alone gave me a reward and discounted price that saved more than double the membership price.

Well my experience started with customer service. Lynda was awesome. She helped us with purchase and was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Our best buy membership has everything in it that we needed and no gimmicks in-between. My rating was excellent and for some reason it doesn't accept my stars !!

If you shop at Best Buy regularly, especially for electronics or appliances, this membership pays for itself pretty quickly. Only downside: I wish there were more perks tied to in-store experiences, like early access to hot items or bonus reward points. Still, I’d recommend it to anyone who shops Best Buy more than a couple of times a year.

This membership is a good value. My only negative is that it came with a $50 promotion certificate that was emailed to me. Unfortunately, it went into my junk email box and I didn't see it until after it expired. I stopped into the store and was told to call customer service and they would reissue the certificate. When I called the phone number they gave me, I was told they wouldn't reissue it so now I'm out the $50. I wish they would have just given a gift card at the time of purchase instead of emailing it a week later.

Kevin and Alex did an outstanding job with the removal of my old refrigerator and the installation of my new replacement refrigerator. They were prompt, courteous, considerate of my home, and very professional in the installation. They checked to see if the refrigerator was functioning properly and removed all refuge in the process. I am a very pleased customer.

NA Still not sure how that membership works. Employees there tooo busy talking with each other n No Help. Management needs to see how many people are in a group just talking!!!!!!

Best Buy Plus membership is a solid one for frequent shoppers. Totally worth it - free 2 day shipping, extended 60 day return window and exclusive member deals in my first few purchases! I'm a tech enthusiast but generally for anyone this is a good option between no membership and the more expensive Total plan. I scored great discounts and benefits signing up, thinking I should have signed up years back to get rewards on all my tech purchase.

I like that there are member prices and sales, price match and warranty extensions. I still think you should earn certificates with the membership and shouldnt have to have a best buy credit card for that.

This membership was something I did not know I needed. I accidentally added it to my cart when I was checking out and it made my total checkout price go down! I was in shock because you would never think adding something would take the price down. I looked further into the benefits that the membership came with and it was a no brainer that I should get it. Can’t believe an accident caused me to get an amazing membership. Glad it happened!
