Simple to use scanner

It is a system that helps in managing receipts in a better way. Very helpful. It will be nice as the software matures to be able to capture all pertinent info like the scanning in the new models of check reading ATM's. Neat receipts not that advanced but is on their way.

Incompatible w/ macOS Sierra, bad tech support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The software to run the scanner is not compatible with macOS Sierra, and Neat knows that, but they do not tell consumers up front. They also claim there is free tech support via phone or chat for 60 days, but there is no way to contact anyone to receive that help. I had to pay for tech support to get in touch with someone. After they worked on my computer remotely, their answer was, "This doesn't work with macOS Sierra and we know about that problem." When I asked them to return the money I spent on tech support, they offered to give me a free month of cloud storage instead. The problem is, since the product did not work on my mac, I could not scan anything so there was nothing to store in the cloud.
