I have 15 years experience in the IT field. I have used a lot of these switches. They are great if you do not need to separate your network into different segments. Like putting your camera and computers on different networks. This switch will not do that. Other than that it works great.

The customer service is an awful experience. The power adapter did not fit in my structured media box. I called to order an new power adapter in a different design and they did not help me. But overall the switch is very good. I made a work around to make the current power adapter work.

I wasn't very pleased with this purchase. Worked right out of the box and I didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this item and I would buy it again.

I bought this knowing I would not need to utilize all of the ports. I used about 3/4 of them and the speeds are phenomenal. Netgear is always a solid choice

Needed an emergency replacement for a Linksys switch that went bad. This does the trick and is much more heavy duty. Got our network up and running in no time.

Nothing fancy. Operates exactly as advertised. Plug in power and plug in ethernet from your router and you then have 15 extra 10/100/1000 outs for all of your hard-wired needs.

This switch was purchased to add to our current gigabit network at a satellite office. I have always had good luck with netgear and this product lives up to my expectations.

If you need 16 ports then this is a good buy. If you only need 4 ports, you don't need this monitor. Do I still get the extra bonus points even thought this review is meaningless?

Bought this for my house to hardwire 12 ports. Full speed internet access from every port with no hiccups after 1 year. Would recommend
