Not much to say other than it works, just like you think it would.

Easy to install, plug in the power and then plug in the ethernet cables - no switch management required. Twinkle lights indicate connection speed and data transfer activity.
Excellent inexpensive switch you can quickly add if you need some extra ethernet ports in an area. Can connect 10/100/1000 MBPS inputs at same time without slowing down faster connections.

Easy to set up and the product line has been reliable. This is the second Netgear Proline switch that I’ve purchased as an add on to an existing one. The older one still works after many years and I expect this 5 port switch to be the same.

Works really good. It helps to connect all my 3d printers on to the switch and not have to worry about wifi disconnecting. I would recommend this product.

I needed more Ethernet ports than my new wireless modem had do I bought the Netgear 5 port switch. Installation was a breeze and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is a nice compact size. I highly recommend it.

This is my go-to choice for a small gigabit ethernet switch. I use one in my home theater to connect all of the "networked" components. They are small enough that you can just tuck it away in a corner of the cabinet. Also works great for gaming consoles- wired ethernet is much faster than wireless. I have several of them in use at home.

Very simple plug and play switch that couldn't be easier to set up. I picked this up as a cheap way to get a few devices off my cluttered WiFi network without having to run additional cables. With 5 people in my home it was not uncommon to see 5 phones, 4 TVs, and a couple laptops on my WiFi at once. Peak hour traffic got a little too heavy for 4k steaming.

This is a great little switch. It is small and lightweight, and has lights next to the ports to show which ones are connected. There is no set up required at all, just plug in your ethernet cables and everything is connected! I have been using it for a year now and I would buy this exact switch again if I needed another.

I have only had this for several weeks so far but I have no complaints. The speed is good, it's been reliable. I use it in my home theater room to hard wire 4 devices via network drop to my main Wi-Fi router on a different floor of the house. I have a TV, receiver, BluOS Bluesound Node, and blu-ray player hooked up to the switch. So far so good.
