This is a great switch I have had running with no issues in my house for the last 16 months or so. Netgear makes good solid switches, paired with my Eero mesh wireless set up, I am very happy with its performance. I spent the extra money for the quality, and am not disappointed.

Purchased the high grade Orbi mesh extender with two satellites. There are insufficient ports on the Orbi for my needs, as I like to have my computers hard wired, even with a good router. So, I purchased this extender and ran a line to one, and in the process of the other. The switch works great. Not problems. Highly recommended. Thank you.

This unit is reliable and easy to use. Good for a household full of electronics!

Does what it is advertised. I have cameras and other equipment that has to be hard wired with Ethernet jack. My isp took away their router, which had 6 Ethernet ports and replaced it with one eero mesh router with one rj45 jack out. This powered gigabit pass through basically does what it suppose to do.

Pretty much plug and play. I ended up buying about five of these due to the sheer number of wired devices; had I planned it better I could have gone with a much larger model. Hindsight. Anyway, I don't think I have ever had an issue with any of the ones that I have. The LEDs are useful and unambiguous. It's nice having gigabit throughout the house.

I required more speed and enough ports for devices. This one works great.

The Netgear 8 port switch is a true workhorse. Flawless operation and it's plug and play. Another great plus is that it was available in-store. I would recommend this to anyone needing an 8 port gig switch.

About as reliable as an unmanaged switch can be for typical wired network.

This is a solid piece of gear that everyone is familiar with. There’s really nothing much to say other than, it works and it doesn’t break. The curbside service was outstanding though. Ordered online, communicates through text, pulled up to a line of 20 cars after I was notified it was ready and I cringed. Five minutes was all it took to get me through that line. They crew was on point!

I had to replace a linksys switch. For some reason it was downconverting to 100mbps on the router. I plugged this sucker in, and it worked great. I run 5 direct connections for devices, and my wireless router to my modem with this. it is plug and play. it fits easily in a lot of spaces. I have it running to a lower point of the TV stand.

This is one of those products that either works or it doesn’t. It is working fine and I appreciate the extra ports. As a home user, I am not using all the ports but it is nice to know they are there. Of course, buying from Best Buy, I got a good price and help finding the product I want
