Resolved my issue right out of the box. Smaller power brick fit easily into my crowded power strip. Seems fast. Most of all Netgear equipment has been more durable than other brands both in switches and others.

I use this in conjunction with my WiFi router to give access to all the wired devices in my entertainment center. It gives great speeds. Be mindful that it is, however, a "dumb" switch and you will need some type of router attached to provide connectivity.

I have used these in my office at work. We had lightning strike by the office and damage a lot of our hardware. We replaced our switches with the same ones. With such good quality in the office I purchased one for my house to expand my network. I have never had a problem with them. Plug them in and forget about them.

Needed to update home network, to replace an obsolete 5 Port 10/100 Ethernet Switch. Now with the 8 Port 10/1000/1000 Gigabit Switch, I have increased bandwidth and addition ports for the future!

It met our expectations and it is working fantastic. Also, because of its size, it was possible to place it inside the control panel.

Needed something to connect the in-wall ethernet cables through the house to our router and this did the trick. Easy, plug and play type setup and speeds are what I expected. Well known brand name so I shouldn't have any significant issues.

Have this installed for over a few years now and never an issue, install and forget!!!

I needed to replace a networking Ethernet hub. Purchase this one on 5/1/20 and it works great. Revived it soon than expected and had all the computers backup and running on the internet in no time. I would recommend this Ethernet hub.

Works as expected. Bought this as I was running out of ports on our 5 port switch. Unplugged to cords from the 5 port and plugged int o the 8 port. No instructions needed. Just plug it in and carry on.Would buy again.

An inexpensive switch that does the job. I have it hooked up to my Internet and run my Xbox and PS5 with broadband connections. Very sturdy unit.

This is exactly what I needed. The router we use only had four or so ports. This allowed us to plug in all of our wired devices. Everything just works right when you plug it in.

Installed in remote office to allow users and devices to be connected at full gigabit speed. Easy to install and came with mounting screws.

This was the perfect 8-port switch for the second node of the Arris mAX Pro mesh. I have several non-WIFI devices that needed to be connected. I have never had issues with Netgear switches.

Simple "plug and play." Nothing to set or configure. The casing is pretty solid. We had an older model that we used for many years and it finally started to go, so we replaced it with this newer model. Easy to install and no problems yet.
