Simple to get working. It has done it’s job. I think a stronger signal might at times be advantageous, but this has been good.

My house has a weird set up with the rooms.. We were not getting good wi fi coverage in the bedrooms down the hall. We purchased this, quick and easy set up and the internet coverage is great. Highly recommend it.

In discussing my need to extend my wi-fi coverage at home, the Best Buy Blue Shirt recommended this over some more expensive options. While I can't speak the a comparison over the competitors, this product is very easy to setup and successfully expands my wi-go as hoped.

Plugged this into my computer in my bedroom and have been extremely impressed with the speed and ease of use. Extremely easy to setup and I am able to hit the max speeds offered by my ISP. Didn't really need it to extend my wireless network, but that is a bonus at this point.

It is quick and easy to setup. I have 52mps internet and the WiFi is running at 30mps which makes me very happy. However the 2.5g WiFi over heats every so often and the signal drops out for a few minutes. If your device has 5.8g WiFi, you can connect to that band. I do not know if this is a common problem or just an issue with mine. I did not feel like returning it so I attached a small fan and filter to force air through the module and it seems to be ok.

Easy set up. Probably a very good extender. I was hoping this would extend my router to outside around my house - I hoped to use a wireless speaker while working in my garden. Unfortunately, at this time, the extension is only minimal. It must go through a firewall to reach outside, perhaps not possible. I plan to seek further assistance in the set up.

Worked as expected, although having to select it as another wifi source is a nuisance. We have 2.4 and 5 gHz in our house so with the extender we now have 2 of each wifi band to select from. We thought it was going to boost the signal alone. We have to go to our phone settings (for example) and select the wifi connection to switch back and forth based on current wifi traffic.

Easy setup, flawless operation. Fixed my wireless range problem in 5 minutes. My Tv now streams movies at 12 to 15Mbps instead 1- 2Mbps. No more choppy pictures or movies freezing up - even in HD. Worth every penny.

I bought this router extender to extender my WIFI signal to cover the outer perimeter of my property. It covers my entire acre and all levels of my home. I have absolutely no gaps in my signal coverage. It's simple to use. Plug it in close to your router and program it. Then, plug it in a place on the opposite side of your home or office and extend your WIFI zone. I cut my grass on my riding mower and no more dropping of the signal changing from WIFI to 4G confusion. It's a great buy. I would buy another if I had a larger home. The one downside is that a couple of times I had to plug it in close to my router to reset it do to a loss of signal between the extender and router. It's only happened twice and it may have been operator error.

My local Best Buy didn’t have the product in stock.. but it was located roughly 20 miles away.. it was an off day so I chose to make the drive to pick it up..it was a little more pricey than expected.. but I’ve never had a problem with any of my netgear products so I decided to purchase it.. and it got the job done..it’s official the WiFi now works all over my home! I gave only 4 stars because of the price.

Did not work well with the spectrum router, as it only have us sporadic connection capabilities. It needed to be reset often. Once we purchased a compatible Netgear router, it performs as we had hoped.

Finally, we have a strong and quick internet signal upstairs! Until we bought this device, which by the way was so simple to set up, we had almost no signal in areas away from the modem. Now, it's easy to surf the web on any of our devices. Great job Netgear!

Because we are working from home, we have 4 people on our wifi throughout the day. I was not getting a good signal upstairs once everyone logged on. We installed this booster at the bottom of the stairs and I now get a strong signal. It did weaken our other channels due to splitting the wifi, but before, I could only get a weak channel upstairs.
