Each time was a long wait on the line and I ended up having to rest the device. I ended up replacing it with a different Wi-Fi extender. And I have had no issues with it for the past several months with the new Wi-Fi extender (google mesh Wi-Fi).

Pretty good product

Works great / Setup 45 minutes

Did what I needed

The modem is on the second floor in the opposite corner of the house. Plugged this in in the kitchen which is in the middle of the house. I now have no connectivity issues.
