I got it on sale. Didn't have time to return, but I can't recommend because you need an application to set up that won't support my netgear router which isn't older. I plan on selling on facebook market place. Would only recommend if you have a router thats 2021 or 2020. Mine was from 2019.

Like similar products before it, it does strengthen the signal a bit, but doesn't really extend the signal much from where my modem/router reaches. Don't be tempted by saving money to buy this versus dropping $250-$200 on and AC-2400 or AC-3200. You will end up returning this and getting one of those and wish you had gotten the better router to begin with. I got the Asus AC-2400 and it reaches twice as far with faster signals.

I purchased this over a month ago and it does a great job of extending the WiFi. My apartment is a basement apartment so getting good WiFi down there was a issue. The range extender is connected to the internet upstairs on the main floor.

We have a three story house and this device manages to reach the entire house. It looks a bit like an alien, and it does consume an entire outlet, but well worth it.

My router/wifi is in my detached office. I bought this to put in my house to relay the signal throughout the house. It works well, but doesn't cover the entire house.

I’ve already had one of these in my house. I picked up another one for the back game room which is far away from our router. Works like a charm! Perfect Wi-Fi extender. But follow the instructions exactly. If you do it will work great.

This item works just as it is supposed to. I would have given 5 stars if the setup was a little easier.

I purchased this range extender under the impression that I just needed to plug it in. The item description did not dispell this perception. Sadly, I live in a condominium, And I have no idea how to connect this extender to the general system. The item description suggested that set up was simple. The instument's instructions are useless. Therefore, I can only evaluate the fact that the description on Best Buy is poor, and the directions to set this instrument up are terrible.

Bought this at Best Buy and took it home and had it working in 15 minutes. I just plugged it in, found connection and clicked. Before I got it, I couldn't get internet reception in far end of house. Now my reception is good all through house.

Its good product for small range but if you have bigger house with big square footage area then you need to consider Nod.

It works really good for what I needed for I would recommend it to anybody that needs one

This thing is solid. My personal opinion is that this functions as well as a mesh network in my home where 2 of these allows me to cover the whole of my 1700sqft home without any issues and complete existing wifi extension.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up the Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender. We had trouble with internet reception on our outside deck and in our garage and seem to have no troubles now using our new extender. Great product!

So far it seems to be working find however the verdict is still pending as I haven't had enough time to completely evaluated it.

I'm not really sure if my signal is extended or not. It seems to be a little better?

It had simple instructions but did have to relocate several times to get it to function as required but overall did extend my range and I am happy with the product

I like this extender, it doesn't have to be to close to the original wifi and it extends pretty far. Works great on TV's wifi and so so with phones.

Wanted the kids to have a stronger WiFi signal upstairs for the online learning they now will be doing. It has worked great.

I bought this to extend the WiFi in my home. It works great. Sometimes the speed is a little slow so I restart it and everything is fine
