Needed a way to extend my wi-fi and this worked out very well.

Got this to extend coverage. It worked, but would on occasion loose connection to the main wifi controller.

They don't tell you anywhere on the box that you need to purchase additional software to make it work. Nor does it tell you that anywhere in the instructions inside. After following instructions and the device failing to performto the instructions I proceeded to call their support number. The woman on the other side of the world was very rude and hung up on me! I Immediately called back and a man answered with the question: "How may I help you?" to which I replied; "You can start by not hanging up on me", to which he promptly without saying a word hung up on me! Third times the charm. And I finally reached a gentleman who explain that I definitely needed to purchase software for it to work. Why in the world would anyone make a product that does not tell the consumer anywhere on the outside or inside of the box that you need to buy additional software for it to work?

Gaming watching Tv and have a weak internet just get one of these bad boys and youll be set

Our internet connection was awful upstairs in our house. This device reaches the dead zones and keeps me from going over my cellular minutes on my iPhone.

Has extended our WiFi to the backyard, works great.

the netgear ac-1200 wifi extender works great! it covers a lot of ground. I have no complains. I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs a wifi extender.

Got this for my home to get better WiFi signal in the house

Easy set-up and you can link multiple devices to it as a secondary Wi-Fi hub. It has 5ghz and 2ghz so that helps.

The extender works ok, the range was shorter then expected

does everything promised... tried with TW for months and then a friend told me about this took 5 minutes to set up. Now have unlimited WIFI even out in the yard

The signal extender is really good at boosting signal. Setting it up took a little longer then I thought but it worked
