They helped when I couldn't get the netgear extender to work but then when I found out that it was not a vendor authorized by Netgear and read sooo many negative reviews with the same problem I called and canceled specially when I found it was a company with California phone number, billed from "Headquarters" in Canada and then find out they're really operating out of India. Thanks but no thanks.
