Difficult to set up

Didnt do what I thought it would.

I bought this based on a store employee telling me it was exactly what I needed. At a time where money is tighter than usual, this was something I should not have bought. Maybe I didnt explain well what I needed. I do not know. I seriously needed to do something to boost our wifi. There are several people living here all using their electronics. This makes loading, watching hulu or doing anything online difficult. I needed something to make the strength stronger. Not something that make the signal reach farther. We have a constant buffering issue. We bought a stronger service but it still wasnt strong enough for everyone to be using it. When I bought this product I was told it would make the wifi speeds faster, it wont even connect so that we can set it up. Our buffering/loading issues keep this from being able to even be set up for us to use. I am currently looking to upgrade to something stronger and I have no idea what to do with this extender.

You may look into a Mesh WiFi System that allows for more connected units. You can also try to hardwire some of your connected devices like computers or TVs to help with the congestion.
