    This works ok but I find that I need to reset my modem and router about every 2-3 weeks to keep this working well. WHY???

    The extender is not as I was expecting a plug and play hardware. Has been harder to make it work than expected. Instructions not necesarly easy to follow.

    We are members of the Geek Squad so that we can have access to professional help with our electronics. While I understand that technicians do not make house calls right now, it is ver disappointing that no one is available on line or via a phone. You have charged us for a full year subscription. If you are not going to be available, at least rebate the months you are not available.
