Purchased to extend an ASUS router in bedroom. Seeing 70gb on speed test on cell phone where extender installed. Easy set up using WPS

Easy set up, boost your signal around the house of two story, speed fine when using to download movies like Netflx. Overall no issues.

Being a little dubious about an extender I was cautiously optimistic, as I have heard varying reports about extenders ranging from a waste of money to outstanding performance. Mine is the latter, and so very easy to set up as well! The signal strength had full bars with no drop outs at all. I had the unit set up in the garage as family members were staying in our camper and were in need of internet connection; this particular unit worked so very well.

This has been a great add to my network helping clear out some dead zones. Easy setup up and running quickly.

Very easy to set up as Netgear has an app that allows a decent amount of configurations. The built-in ethernet port is very useful. The only reason i am giving it 3 stars is because the signal kept dropping. We had to play around with the frequency/broadcasting channels several times. I returned it and went with the NETGEAR - Powerline 2000 + Extra Outlet. Recommend this for environments without interference, like at home. It dose not play well in the office with Meraki AP.

Need to extend our wifi signal so bought this. Very easy to set up IF one follows the instructions. Its a guy thing

I was really looking forward to upgrading our previous extender with this one, but all it did was slow down our network to a snail's pace....to the point where it was impossible to use beyond our normal network range, which kind of negates the point of having this, right? Plus, since you have to plug it into a wall outlet, you are somewhat limited as to where you can place it. On the plus side, it was super easy to set up and easy to tell whether or not we were connected and how strong the signal was. Unfortunately, this makes no difference if the product doesn't extend said signal so that it can actually be used. We ended up returning this.

This wi-fi range extender is great for rooms that are far from the modem. It was easy to set up.

The extender delivered as promised. Our dead spots upstairs and in the basement are gone. We have a great signal throughout the house.

Needed a Wi-Fi booster to take care of the dead spots in front of the house where the signal would drop constantly. Started doing research on Wi-Fi boosters, saw that this Netgear AC-1200 was getting good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. couldn't be more pleased with how it works, no more Wi-Fi signal problems!

Better than expected. Set up was easy and have the option to mesh the unit or make it an extender. Directions should indicate you can still use weblink to set up the device. Over all very happy with the set up and very stable and works seemlessly.

Purchased this to replace an older model- works great - I hard wired my Xbox into it and the signal strength has been amazing- Happy with the range and the mobile app to maintain works great

Initial setup was very easy but when it came time to actually connect a device through the extended WiFi I had problems plus it didn’t seem like you could lock others out from using my connection. I probably could of figured it out with more research but I was referred to a different product.

I was faced with having the WiFi router located at one end of the house and my computer at the opposite end. As you may know, the further your computer is (physically) from the router, the lower the signal/speed of your Internet connection. I installed this device half way between the two and saw my Internet performance/speed nearly double. Sure beats the cost and inconvenience of having the router relocated closer to the computer.

I bought this to extend my wifi to my downstairs (away from router) and into the back yard. It does a decent job, not as much range as I'd truly like but part of that is probably the metal walls that it has to penetrate. But it's never given me any issues, and has definitely expanded my overall wifi coverage

My router is on one end of my house, and my smart TV is on the opposite side. this gave me the signal needed to connect it. very easy setup.

Great product. Easy DIY install. More than doubled our wifi range in our older brick house. Whole family is happy. Highly recommend this product.

It’s easy to use if you are on a PC but on macs you have change a bunch of settings. I should have just bought the modem/router combo. I did get really god range on it. I was never able to get wifi in my back yard. Now that’s not an issue anymore.

Easy to connect and works very well. I got it for a dead-zone in the master bedroom...problem fixed!
