It works nicely sometimes but can get bogged down and halt all network traffic. I currently have it unplugged for optimal wifi performance.

Was told this would help boost our internet but ended of crashing our network. I had to spend $1000 to have extra IT support come to tell me Al the issues we were having was because of this.

I got this range extender because it offer good coverage even in a 2 floor house, my router and modem are in the first floor and I was having issues with signal coverage on the second floor, this extender works ok if you want to extend the signal to your yard or within the floor your input is on, in my case id did not help much with increasing the signal on the second floor and I had to replace it. Not worth the money if you’re looking to increase the signal to a second floor.

Setup was simple...unfortunately the internet connection to the main router would repeatedly fail every 2-3 days. Needed to power cycle the unit to reconnect to the internet.

This wasn’t really what we needed. It doesn’t seem to boost or throw much of a signal either. I was very disappointed.

I hate this extender. It fails to provide the basic function it is intended to offer, which is extend the range of my current modem. It. Does. Not! I have reviewed the troubleshooting guide online several times, moved the extender to every possible outlet in the house, and it is 90% slower than my current WiFi speed with the modem- what an incredible waste of money! I’m so frustrated, and I rarely write reviews, but I want my money back!

Useless. Made internet less accessible than prior to its use. No internet was "extended" with the use of this device.

Horrible connecting night hawk app. I'm just gonna try something else

After multiple attempts to get it to work with my internet carrier, and multiple useless calls to their tech support I was able to only get the WiFi to connect but No Internet connection. I returned product for refund.

I’ve had a difficult time connecting this. Became very nervous when someone connected (they said a rep) to my computer

This gave me nothing but problems. Took me over 2 hrs to originally setup, then worked for a few weeks. Eventually went offline and I had to reset it again. Id like to return for a refund, but the period has passed.

Connect it to the wifi and with in two hours it will drop the internet connectivity every time.

This thing sucked to configure and then had issues actually extending my wifi, used the app and everything. Don't buy it.

Configured at least 30 times using both methods. All lights are green. Try to connect to extended wifi, and all I can get is "cannot connect to internet". So, what is its purpose? Called tech support (Tel Aviv I believe) and she kept reading from a script. A. understand English B. Know your product. Never did solve my problem. Expensive paperweight.

I understood this device would boost my signal and make wifi available throughout the house. My own home is less than 1700 sq feet and the addition is only about 450 sq feet and this is not doing the job very good. Most things connect ok, but do get dropped. Streaming is only doable close to the original router. Streaming has been almost impossible in the addition. Its only been 2 weeks and I am Not happy.

I paid 100 for this booster and still the WiFi in my house stinks. Looking into switching cable companies to get re wired. Wasted $100

It worked great at first then it disconnected. It wouldn't reconnect after that.

We could not get it the app to connect with the device. We followed the directions, looked upnU-tube videos, and talked to those at Bedt Buy for advice. No luck, so we returned it.

Put this about 50 ft away and it kelt loosing signal. Wound up having to have the cable company re-locate the router. Not using it anymore.
