Wirked fine for the first 20 months, now nothing, only powers on.

Didn’t work. I was not getting god speed for my wireless extension unless sitting next to it.

When out of range, my iPad or iPhone never automatically joins the band, I have to manually join the network on the extender. In less than one year, it completely stopped working, and it was virtually impossible to get through to Netgear despite both my modem and router being with Netgear and all three products (router, modem,and extender) being registered with Netgear

Im a 70 year old terminal patient that was told this would help strengthen wifi signal,nope its not compatible!! I was told it was,got really sick couldnt get out,when i did,it was 3 weeks so no credit for me 100.00 for nothing! Wont ever go back!

don't buy this product!!! For the money you think you are getting something good. This thing fails left and right. When you connect it awesome!!! Then the extender connection keeps dropping... On Netflix, Xbox, phones, tablets you name it. My internet speed is great paying a little extra for better wifi connection. This thing slows it down and just keeps dropping signal. Its a royal pain in the rear.

The product was not easy to use. Had to look for something else to improve the wireless quality in my house

It's a good product overall, but after the setup, it's good for like a day but after that the internet connection does not work with exclamation mark on it.

Have spent the last two hours trying to get this to connect to my wireless router without success.

I got this extender hoping to extend my signal into our back yard. Unfortunately I saw no significant improvement so returned the item.

Didn't seem to amplify signal for our house set up. Bought this to get better signal on 2nd floor and didn't help to much, maybe it's just our house design

Way too hard to set up!!! I ended up returning it and bought a different brand!

I read reviews and went ahead with caution. Should have listened to my gut. This device messed up my VOIP and some of my DirecTV equipment and I had to bring a DTV tech out to fix all that and now I have it in the box ready to go back. "Easy" should be no part of the explanation of setup unless you live in Silicon Valley

since ATT routers already have tech in place to swap devices between 2.4ghz and 5ghz signals this booster doesnt recognize it's 5ghz signal. It will boost the 2.4ghz band only. Even if you separate the bands in your ATT router setting (not recommended) it will not find the 5ghz band. Also, the setup instructions are insufficent and I had to resort to google to get it to setup properly.

It works OK but not much better than not having it at all, in fact wi-fi was stronger in master bed rm before I purchased. Good luck with this one.....

Did not work for me got the same signal. Our modem was about 10 feet away and got this to extend another 5 feet at most but didn’t help at all

Don’t waste your time and money on this product. It doesn’t work as intended as a matter of fact it actually slowed speeds down after installation. Had to unplug it and unfortunately for me it took awhile before I installed it and after a some days of use it put me over the 15 days to return. I would suggest maybe a different model or different brand.

Will not buy again. It sets up okay, but then stops working shortly thereafter.

Could not complete the online set up. Kicked me out. Had to pair with router. Never was able to register device for warranty. But ultimately seems to work OK

Does not extend as far out as needed.....need Wi-Fi to 2nd building away from house - we have the needed Wi-Fi at times and other times there is not connection.

This device does not set up easily. Veer inflexible for user. I am not a programmer, but don't think I should need to be for this. Moderate improvement
