Not what we expected

It might have given us stronger signals, but the two devices that used to work well without the extender, they experienced interrupted internet connections. Very frustrating, and tech support from net gear was not great, so we returned the extender.

Waste of mo

Then talked to Magnolia reps who said they would never recommend or sell a range extender. Do these 2 reps work for the same store. I had a top of the line Net Gear modem/router that failed little more than a year. When I installed a Comcast modem the problem disappeared. Will never own NetGear anything again.

Wrong WiFi and wrong keyboard

The Geek rep said that the salesman didn't know what he was talking about for two different items. The keyboard for my Samsung 4K TV was absolutely worthless (didn't hook it up) and the wifi extender for my Ring doorbell was the same worthless piece of electronics. He didn't hook it up either

Poor Tech Support

I had a difficult time trying to contact tech support through Netgear, no one to talk to. Tech support through Best Buy was no help, they wanted you to spend money in order to assist you in the setup. Customer service is not like it use to be.

Great wifi extender

It boosted what was a poor location for wifi. We can now stream without any issues/buffering.
