Poor instructions, unreachable support, returned

Setup was confusing, never performed properly, intermittent drops, spent hours on hold and waited for Netgear support callback, which never came. Returned it. They have got to make this easier for non-techs like me.

Bad Product

For the money I paid for this item it's unreal how much headache I had trying to install this product even being a computer savey guy. I returned the product and will not buy this manufacture items ever again due to horrible customer service.

Won’t work with ATT

Didn't boost WIFI signal

My download and upload speeds didn't improve at a distance and worse yet, the booster network frequently died but my devices showed they had full signal. I spent more time "forgetting" the network to over-ride the booster then I spent using it.

Finally my wireless TV works
