Don’t waste your time or money

Netgear support is horrendous. By the time they “verify” that there are issues with your product it’s too late to return them

Does Not Work

After setup, when you connect - the WiFi isn’t available and internet and/or data will not work while connected to extender. Either I received a bad one or it’s a terrible product.

Worthless WIFI Extender

The customer service rep said you ust plug it in but that was not the case. It was a bit complicated for me. It would only llet me set up the 2.4ghz and was just about usleless.

My printer is now on a different network that my living room if I'm working from the couch. Will be returning it this week and buying a whole house system instead.

Whatever, I gained in distance was lost in performance. I found no value in this product. I recommend that you try a different product, such as a mesh network.

It only picked up Wi-Fi and Internet access sporadically The sales person highly recommend it. My home is 16 50 ft.² and should have been within the usage range. I was very disappointed.

Last one was a tech who spent an hour & half. One of Best Buy's guys said to get a more powerful wireless router. Great. Oh, and the would/wouldn't just below: RUN AWAY

Could not get it to connect

I even spent 4 total hours on the phone with Netgear and 2 hours with Spectrum. I eventually returned this item.

No good

It might be good at a short close distance but from one floor to the other it will not. If you have Verizon fios get yourself the WiFi extender for 99$ call it a day. Works like a charm.

I got disconnected twice a d every time I ha e to go through the open ticket process even with the 2 ticket numbers assigned. Still not working.
