    I've tried every setup which gave me a max speed of maybe 40mbps which I have a 500mbps download so I'm returning it. Customer service even told me to just return it because she didn't even understand how to setup the interface smh

    called net gear help desk in India, could not install. could be defective but unfortunately pass 15 days best buy return policy. wasted $120 got one from Costco and works fine

    This, for some reason, would not pair to my router. Netgear was really no help. They wanted to sell me “Firewall” protection for $300. The product was returned. May have to get a different router.

    Won't hold a signal

    I bought this hoping to extend the range of my wifi signal but unfortunately it wouldn't hold a connection to my network. I tried it in multiple spots without much luck. I don't recommend this product.

    I was warned not to by an extender and sure enough this was a waste of time and money. It slowed down my internet and it was unstable. I don’t recommend this product.

    If I knew I had to download an app with a million steps I would never have bought it. 5 minutes in I wanted to throw it against the wall. I never got it to work.

    Like many others, I could not get this to work, simply put, this is going back. Far too frustrating. I can't even complete this review as my WiFi is now screwed up.

    Wifi never works while this is connected

    WiFi continuously drops more then when I did not have this extender. Completely the opposite of what I was trying to accomplish. Terrible investment. Do not waste your money!

    Returned, didn’t improve our WiFi reach. Ended moving to a mesh system router that works much better throughout our home.

    Does not operate properly.

    We purchased the unit - could not get it to work. Called tech support for netgear, they thought they had it operating - but did not operate correctly

    Was too complicated to set up. I returned to the store. This is not to say it was not a good products but too complicated for me to set up.

    Put in a detached garage 100 feet from the house wi-fi router. Works 10% of the time. I'd take it back but a procrastinated too long. I'll just buy another brand...

    Keeps dropping network

    We are using as extender Seems to drop network constantly tried moving closer to wireless router but still dose it. The device if left on constantly, gets very warm to the point of being hot. So when not using turn it off.
