This is a great item and works great too I really like it

Setting this up this extender was very simple and easy. Once it was configured and I moved it to its new location and I was able to easily connect the devices that had a poor connection with my router. Now all my WiFi enabled devices have a strong connection.

This Wi-Fi range extender really adds quite a lot of range now to all our devices all over the house and works great. However I would advise you to call up the customer service department to help you set it up/ connect it to your primary router as the directions that they give you with the product are not the best. After trying to set it up myself for an hour or so and failing I finally gave up and called Net Gear customer service.The customer service guy made every thing go much easier and quickly over the phone.

Bought this for use in my workshop. The walls are insulated with a foil faced insulation so my Wi-Fi is blocked unless I'm in front of a window. Set this unit up in about five minutes in the house and moved it out to my shop. Now I have great service throughout my building. My router is set up in my house which is around 200 feet from this extender. I did have to plug this into an extension cord and mount it in front of a window but that's to be expected when your building is essentially encased in aluminum foil.

Very easy setup. No noticeable drop in ping or download speed. Currently using in one room over from router, plugged directly to pc via ethernet. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to get rid of that 100ft ethernet strung across the house.

I'm really not sure how these things work, I just know that it does. Where once there was no wifi in the back of my house, now there is! It was easy to set up, even for one as inept with technology as me. What more could you ask for?

This was suggest by one of the gentleman who was a employee from the store in zip 77049. I was actually going there to make a return but it turned into an exchange. I have 3 TVs with 3 fire sticks, 2 computers, 1 laptop, 2 tablets and an Xbox. Everything can run at the same time with no problems. My apt is only 1500 square feet. I'm not sure if that make a difference. And it was $97 cheaper than the product I returned.

Over the years I have had many NETGEAR products, many routers. They are all excellent! The Wi-Fi Extender, maybe good for a home, I live in a mobile home, It may help extend Wi-Fi service, I guess I expected more. So I will give it a good 4 star....

My husband and I purchased this to help our WiFi in our big him. He swears it works and so does our son who is on the furthest side of the home from the internet base. I don’t know enough about it to give my opinion but if they are happy I guess mama is too

Purchased this because wifi only worked in half the house. This was super easy to set up and has solved my wifi problems.

I wasn't sure if this would help my situation or not but I am so glad I bought it. I could not watch a complete show on Netflix without buffering or worse yet, getting booted off all together. It was simple to hook up, I'm 62 yrs old, I would usually call my son for something like this but after I read the reviews I figured I would try it. It was so easy, if I can do it anyone can! When I did a WiFi speed test it was off the charts.Now I can stream anything without any interruptions. Love it !

Easy set-up. Almost plug and play. We had a dead zone in our downstairs garage area. We now get a strong signal with this extender.

We needed something to extend the signal in our home so we purchased this extender. It took my husband a little bit to find out the password for this extender, but eventually he did. It works pretty well, extends the signal to a dead area in our home.

Bought this to extend my signal from my house to outside on my deck. This wifi range extender was super easy to setup and came with great instruction that a novice non computer person should be able to handle. It did the job and increase the overall coverage of all levels of my house along with outside to my deck with no issues. Great product and would recommend, specifically to someone who already a Netgear router.

My husband and I have had problems with our wi-fi dropping or not being accessible in all rooms of our home. Many calls to our internet provider and many home visits from them over the past two years had not taken care of the problem. We researched solutions on the web and came to Best Buy to buy an extender. A Cisco technical guy was there to buy one as well, and he highly recommended this one. Easy to install & it works!
