Does not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited from the reviews that it was going to be a great extender. This was not the case though. I brought it home and the initial set up went well. But when it came time to connect with my computer and phone, I realized there was no new connection with my existing name and the extension on it. In its place was an open network that works well don't get me wrong, but I've sat and followed the instructions again and again to no avail. On top of which, going to the website provided by the instructions does not work. There is no button on the website for me that says new extender setup. All it get is a screen saying that I'm not connected to my extender. I will be returning it.

Bought this item to get wifi in the garage. READ the instruction and it was easy to hook up. Don't read them, "guess" what you need to do makes it much harder. I did the guess method at first and thought this was a piece of junk. Started over, read the instructions, and it was easy and works great

This extender placed half way between the two solved the problem. Now if I could stop my 18 month grandkid from unplugging it.
