Easy to install, helps with the WiFi distribution - recommend!!!

The thing keeping it from great is that doesn't have the higher speed my router does. It is easy to setup and connect but is -+12mb where I get at the same time 50+ from router. But, other than that works great.

I got this because my older extender was way too slow. This one seems to have done the trick...my wife hasn't complained about the Wifi speed since I got it (and didn't tell her I installed it :).

I don't know that I can tell much difference in general but the Amazon fire stick requires a stronger signal than everything else. It didn't work well before I plugged this in and it works better now. Not perfect but I believe that is the fire stick and not the booster.

I bought this to extend Wifi coverage of my mom’s existing Netgear router. I was not able to get WPS to work but install was still pretty simple and I’m surprise how strong the signal is from this little device. Well worth the money if you need to extend wifi to reach those new security cameras outside.

Was easy to setup and makes a good to the camera out by the mailbox. Sometimes when you walk pass the extender it switches your access point to the extender, a little annoying. All in all it works very well.

I was on the fence getting a wifi extender as I heard it slows bandwidth down. However this one I only lost 5 mbs. With 60 mins download speed I'm perfectly happy with 50 to 55. It also doesn't drop the signal. I got it for mainly outside my home activities such as streaming music and it gives the needed reach which wasn't there with the router, which is in my office.

Needed a range extender for my AT&T Netgear portable hotspot when used in the house- could not get a signal very far away due to too many walls. Tried a Samsung brand at first but not able to make a connection to the hotspot- no cable port available on hotspot. Located a Netgear unit at BestBuy . Setup was very easy. Now have excellent signal strength anywhere in house- even get good signal at neighbors house 50 yards away.

We needed something that allowed us to control our music in the back yard from our iPad based control. This unit did exactly that. We also have one at a second hime that extended service to bedrooms. It is easy to set-up and doesn't require any attention once that is done. There seems to be skepticism about the effectiveness of these units but this does all it claims to do.

Worked great to extend the internet in the house to the office working remote. It was a little challenging getting it set up but once I did, it was perfect.

I want to tell myself this extender works. There are so many variables to why internet service may be slow or spotty in homes. The internet is better is certain parts of the house where it used to be slower. The set up was not the easiest, but it eventually worked itself out. The extender shows up as a separate item on the wifi list, so it was confusing as to whether I should pick the router or the extender to connect to. After some trial and error I eventually connected to the router and haven't had any problems. I don't have much to compare it to since this is the only extender I've ever bought.

The NETGEAR - AC1200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Range Extender works well in my house to boost the WiFi signal to a printer, 2 Lap tops and iPads. It was a little hard to get set up.

Works great and extends the reach of our wifi signal in the house. Very easy to set up!

One thing about many Internet products, you never really know how well they work because of all the things that can affect the signal. With this product at least you can turn it on and off and see how the signal strength responds. This seems to do the job.

Easy hook-up and quick connecting. Makes receiving a signal in remote location easy!
