Super easy set up. I now have wifi reception in every part of my house and back yard.

Took a few minutes to get it to speak to my Net gear router,but then it really worked great. Had a dead spot in our sun room that really need a special boost ,plugged it in after marriage with router and believe me dead spot was gone. Placed in wall plug close to floor and little green light came on right away sending a great signal to our I Pads. We would highly recommend this product and if we can hook it up anyone can !

I purchased this to go along with my Netgear Nighthawk X8, I have my cable modem in the basement and the concrete walls don't allow my router full access to the house. This allows access to the back of the house for the kids with their streaming and gaming. So far it's been working great, haven't had to reset the device stays connected and the signal strength is good. I've been using for a month now and no compaints.

Our home is linear and router is at one end and service was weak at other end. Plugged this device in the middle of the house now we have full signal all through the house and outside as well.

Coverage in my basement and outside by the pool was spotty and would cut in and out. After reviewing all the extenders out there, it didn't seem any was good enough to pin my hopes of getting good coverage there. Then I found this extender. Excellent reviews just kept coming in. So I purchased it and couldn't be happier. Easy to set up and works like a charm. The cost was a little more than I would have liked...but it worked.

The unit is a little tricky to get connected to your existing WiFi. Once that is mastered the unit works well. Just be patient as the unit takes quite a while to boot up and get set but once it does it works as it is supposed to.

We purchased this because our smart tv was pixelating sometimes and we think it was related to our wifi and the number of devices that are now connecting to it. Since we got installed this, we haven't noticed the problem anymore. So all in all, we are satisfied. Only issue we had was with getting it to "broadcast" to our devices. It took some research to figure out why it wasn't visible in our list of networks. And one of the the links referred to on the Netgear website didn't work. I also left a message via the website for a callback for assistance and never received a callback from Netgear. These issues are why I gave it only 4 stars.

Very easy, strong signal. I was able to get connected in 10 minutes.

This does what other reviewers stated it would. When it detects another (your wifi) signal it makes a _2 version of the network. I used it for sending signal to smart 4K TV (LG OLED - awesome TV) that is on the other side of my house. Can also use the boosted wifi outside now. No issues with it, and I have it about 2 months and suffered thru two Atlantic Electric power outages. This restarted without a hiccup.

I bought this because I had no WiFi signal in the back room(bathroom aka my office)so I decided to pick this extender up. Not only can I get a signal in the back of the house I now get it in my backyard. So I guess I got better results than I anticipated. Will get another one for upstairs so my daughter and granddaughter can have better WiFi in their apartment.
