we bought this so that we could run a tv with netflix in the backyard and watch from the pool the signal wasn't reaching before we bought this and now it works great! The bestbuy sales guy was excellent at showing us all the different features before we settled on this one.

The stars reflect the quality of the device as in use. The setup instructions I would give two stars. There are two sites to consider: one is your Netgear account where you register and then there is another account where you set up the device. The instructions don't make that clear. Fifty minutes with support was really confusing since the guy was running more than one customer and got them mixed up. But, in the end, it works and works well

This is 200 ft away in a different building and works great!

This range extender was really easy to set up. Love the fact that it lets me know that it is connected to the devise using it!

I needed this for wireless service to my basement. After installing it service went from marginal to excellent.

At first I didn't understand I should place it closer to the devices I was trying to reach because the instructions say place it half way. It worked much better closer to the devices. Very easy to configure. I like it.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It was very easy to set up. I used to have trouble with certain areas of the house that the wifi did not reach. With the extender, my wifi around the house has definitely improved and videos stream much better.

The product works amazing and has compatibility with my tp-link router. It help me to extend the Wifi range in the first floor. The think I like is that it have a ethernet port for a device doesnt have wireless. I totally recommend this Ap extender.

Needed someway to have the ability to get consistent wifi throughout the house. The salesman showed me several options that cost hundreds of ddllars and gave me lots of possibilities. I finally decided on the lowest cost option and this worked great for me.

I'm in an older bldg w/ a very strong signal in one end (LR) & no signal in the back, where to bedrooms are. This device, plugged in at a half-way point was an easy and effective solution. I can now stream video at the farthest pints from the router. Awesome!

Looking for a great wifi extender and after reading reviews of this product form different sites, I couldnt be more happier with my purchase.

Live in a top floor apartment with several walls between the router and Wifi based applicance in kitchen. This extended the both 2.4 and 5 G signal without any problems. Took 5 mins to be up and running when linked to existing Netgear router.

We have a 3-story home where our 2 WFi APs struggled in certain areas like outside in the hot tub and a few others. The home is on 14 wooded acres. Not only does it work better throughout the house than the existing equipment, the signal broadcasts deep into the woods!

This was so easy to plug and play! I did actually read the start guide as I wanted to ensure I set it up correctly with my secure access intact and it was very simple to do. The best part is that it works very well in my TWO story hone for the purposes I needed.

Provides 2 channel option. Strong WIFI signal. I am able to surf the web with no interruption and good speed. I recommend this product.

The problem we had Wi-Fi didn’t extend to some areas of our house and yard. We bought this NETGEAR and it totally solved our issue. We live on a hill/mountain and reception is not 100% the best at all times.
