While have seen some improvement at other end of 1400sf apt. , has not been what I would expect and have had occasional issue with extender losing signal.

Did not meet expectations had to penetrate one wall and had unusualble speeds. Have a Netgear router and it is top notch but this was disappointing. Maybe it would work better in open area not sure this was not a option for us.

after a few days I started noticing smart tv was buffering a lot and a lot of other devices doing the same thing. Only had it about 3 weeks. Couldn't return because it was only a 14 return but was told it was 30 when I bought it. Best Buy said they can't do anything with it and to call netgear. I did but they won't do anything about it either.

Netgear used to be a good product.
Not anymore. This item repeatedly crashed my network. No matter how i installed it (Nighthawk or web), nothing worked.

This thing is a God send with our wifi as it essentially just stops after one wall in the house. It is super sleek so it is not an eyesore like some other models. The one down side, and its a big enough to knock it down a star, is the horrible set-up experience. The app is VERY buggy and confusing. It even warns you it will take 20 minutes to set up which I feel is WAY to long. I ended up having to do it twice to get it to work. Once its set up its a great product, but definitely bring your patience for the install!
