Great wifi extender before I had it my connection use to drop a lot but ever since i got it I been getting great download and upload speed. The only flaw is sometimes the wifi extender will drop connection but that’s rarely.

Decent range but great speeds when matched to a Nighthawk router.

Great results. I'm now receiving Wi-Fi signal to points of the home that weren't being reached before. I wished I had engaged a year earlier!

The net gear product was easy to install by following the provided instructions. We have a large house and Internet did not reach to all the rooms and outside sitting areas. After the installation we have a strong wifi signal throughout the house and extending to outside living areas. I would highly recommend this product.

I usually dont like to review anything until I've owned it for at least 6 mos. However, this extender, in comparison to my old one, was super easy to set up. It's a solid connection each time as well. I regularly switch between the extender and my main router. It's always in my list of available networks. At this point I'd have to give it 5 stars. Great router!

Plug and play wi-fii extender. Easy to install and boosts wi-fii signals all around the house (4,000 sq ft).

I purchased this extender to complement my router because it was not able to reach directly to my basement with full strength. I directly connected it with cat seven cable and placed it in my basement. So far it has worked very well and I get very strong signal there. I would recommend it highly.

It works great only concern sometimes my ring spotlight camera gets disconnected from internet occasionally (reason why we bought it) don't know if its a ring issue or netgear issue my laptop does not seem to have problem

I have a netgear router downstairs for two Xbox ones. Upstairs I have a gaming desktop, another Xbox one, two IPads, and multiple smart phones. The downstairs router isn't that great alone when working with components upstairs. This range extender does a fantastic job at high speed internet and providing constant reception to all devises. Definitely a great buy.

When it's working, this is a great device. It was very easy to setup, and creates alternate named network extensions for the signals that you want to boost. (You won't keep a single wireless name. It creates alternate ports that echo back to the original wireless ports.) This can create a situation where your ports overload and it starts dropping certain connections. We're using this for Nest cams, so that's a real nuisance. The only solution is to power cycle the extended (unplug, back in), and then everything comes back online within seconds. Not very practical if we're on the road. Prior to this we just had a secondary wired access point, and that seemed to cause even more channel conflicts, so this is an improvement. When it's working, it's super fast and very good. Downtime (requiring a power cycle) seems to happen once every 3 days.

Extender is fantastic. Definitely gave a big boost to my existing WiFi. Only downside is I couldn’t combine the original signal with the extender (e.g. I have a connection called WiFi and now have that along with a WiFi_EXT channel). This doesn’t really bother me, just takes some getting used to.

We needed to add a WiFi extender in our home because our current router didn’t always cover our entire home reliably. We hooked this one up on a different floor on an opposite side of our house. Hook up was easy and fast. So far, it’s solving our WiFi issue.

Works great for having smart tv and game consumes sucking up the Wi-Fi, no longer have cords running everywhere to hardwire everything.
