The agent arrived on time and explained in common terms what the problem was and how he could correct it. He was very diligent in his work and was easy to talk to, very pleasant and very knowledgable.

Very happy with the results that was achieved. Didn’t take long and the system is like nothing I have ever owned. Feels like a high end movie theater no matter what I’m watching.

The technicians connected the equipment fairly well but could be better. The technicians who came for follow up regarding the ongoing teething problems made the right diagnosis but I can't continue to spend money on bad recommendations made by the consultant without any guarantee for success.

Installation was quick and professional. Our first sound bar was difficult to operate but geek squad returned with a Sonos sound bar with a remote speaker and had us up and running with a Logitech in no time.
