Tried for 4 days to get info from GS

Following that, Direct TV got installed and screwed up my remotes and all settings. I tried talking to the GS for 4 days, was on hold for over 45 minutes at one point, and never did get an answer. Very disappointed in BB’s failure to handle my problem- still a problem by the way. I have purchased thousands of dollars from BB over the years and will re-evaluate this in the future.

Sonos system setup

didn’t finish the job!

Finished about 90% of the job but indicated he didn’t have time to complete it. Technician stated I would be contacted to set up an appointment to complete the job. This is the second time that I have received zero follow up on my issue. I will not use them again!

Nobody came,

Received a call late afternoon saying repair man called in sick. What a coincidence, same excuse as last visit. Rescheduled for two days later then technician called saying he would arrive pm next day Your service? The very worst we have experienced. Will take business elsewhere in future

Being overcharged

It may cost a few dollars more that some of the others, but it's worth every last penny of it. Save your time and check this one out.
