I cancelled a Geek Squad appointment 72 hours prior to time allotted. Was switched around on the phone to get my money back until finally I was told by a manager my money would be deposited back into my account. It's been 25 days and no return has seen the light of day. I have had good experience w/ Geek squad and Best Buy over many years but this non action with my money is not acceptable.

Jason arrived on time, and with everything he needed on hand. He was very thorough, and did NOT leave until all of my needs and questions were met and answered. A very worthwhile experience.

Nice to have someone that knows the different systems and can set you up so you can enjoy using the equipment. They also are great in explaining how to get the most out of your new set up.

I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the certificate! Yet the TV was delivered to me. Why can't the certif be sent online. Regardless, it took the in store rep 30 minutes to handle the transaction. She had to cancel the original order and set up a new one. Then when I called to schedule the network set up I had to spend 1 hour on the phone talking to 5 different people. I called the # on the certif and was told it was the wrong number--after I spoke to two people. Then I was told to call the store. Then they gave me another #. Then I spoke to 2 other people who tried to charge me for something I already paid for--which I explained 10 times. The last person said my order was canceled byh Best Buy. He didn't know why. So I gave up. I finally requested to cancel and have my money refunded online to Geek Squad. They didn't even bother to try and contact me to save me. Just said ok but it might take 2 might take 2 months for the credit. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised with this service. The technician was personable, knowledgable and thorough. I felt very confident and informed.

Just wonderful. We will continue to use the Geek Squad for our computing and viewing (TV) solutions.

Steven arrived on time and took care of all my questions quickly and easilty. He was very friendly, courteous and professional.

I called for help and after a hour and being turned over to 3 different agents and about to turned again. I gave up!

Did an efficient job of correcting the problems and explaiing how to do it in the future.

The two agents that came to the house knew what they were doing and did not waste any time at all. Left phone numbers and contact info. if I had any problems. Great!!

I would give my Geek a 10+. He came in and had our system set up quickly and answered all our questions before he left.

I'm technology challenged and what may seem like an "Oh yeah you can do it" project never is. The Geek Squad is on time, professional, and just makes life easier.

He re-set up our wireless networking between 2 computers, plus connecting the air printing on my iPad. That worked when he was here, but stopped a few weeks ago.

The Geek Squad Service is worth the money for those of us who can use a computer and external hardware but do not know how to fix technical problems that occur.,

Ben, is an excellent agent and does professional work. He explains what he is doing so that a person can understand the actions that he is taking.

Would recommend Geek Squad for anyone that is not comfortable with technology and setting up for self. So worth it for me.

I am so glad that i purchased this serviced because it make me so calm that i have a technical support when i needed one.
