Would not purchase Geek Squad service in future. Very disappointed...feel ripped off. Agent was hurried, and acting like he needed to be somewhere else. He was only here about 15 -20 minutes if that. I even told him I would pay extra for his assistance in helping me do some other things I wanted, but he never picked up on the chance to bump me up with additonal service fees...your loss! I could have used my ISV to walk me through setting up a modem/router for FREE, but paid for your service thinking I would get an hour of actual technical support and set up assistance with all my systems. Bad decision to use GeekSquad!

I had a good experience in CA with Geek Squad, however, when I added the set-up service for my new wireless in New Mexico, I waited over a week for my scheduled appt, and then when the morning of the appt arrived, the technician called cancelling the appt saying he had a flat tire. I had to hire a computer tech to come over right away since I had a project due. I have since gotten a credit for the Geek Squad service, however, I am not sure I will ever use your service again

I thought I was paying for a set up service which was clearly described in the details of this extra purchase!!! I received nothing more than a tv taken out of its box and plugged in...and wrong I might add!!! No instructions on how to use the remote...adjust picture..set up channels ....had to figure it all out myself...SO WHAT DID I PAY FOR??????????
