This machine makes ice quickly and the ice melts slowly. The wife now wants one for the kitchen I have this one in the man cave and love it.

Clear ice not soft ice... ** remove ALL the tape**

I bought one before with lover capacity but softer ice, then bought this one. Higher volune, but harder ice. I used both and like both for different reasons. The clear ice one makes ice faster but the pump runs the water constantly untill the ice tray is full

Poor quality

It started off great but then went downhill. It is difficult to clean and needs cleaned every other week. I am disappointed that it didn't even last 5 months. It is dead and I have been unable to make contact with the manufacturer. I would not recommend this to anyone due to the poor customer service.
