    We picked this camera up without doing any research. Yes it's my fault but the wife and I were already in the store picking some other products up and came across this camera on sale. The pics were excellent but the fact that it took standard batteries (AA/AAA I can't remember) was a deal breaker so we returned it.

    For the price we paid on black friday, this camera was a very good deal! The optical zoom capabilities are amazing, particularly for this price. I haven't bought a new camera for a few years but this one takes the cake! I wouldn't have normally bought something purple/plum color, but it's very nice looking and makes it real easy to find our camera (e.g. most cameras are black). Would definitely recommend!

    I got this camera for Christmas after my last Nikon wasn't working any longer. I wanted a better camera and read all the reviews on this one and thought it would be perfect. So far it's working great, and the picture quality is phenomenal. I'm still playing around with the different settings to maximize picture quality but this seems like a camera I will have for a while.

    For a point and shoot camera it takes fantastic pictures! Works amazingly well in low light situations too. Was able to take excellent no flash pictures during a show that came out very clear. Very pleased with this purchase!
