My first DSLR camera. It's easy to use and as I learn the basics, I can get more advanced with the extra features.

Bought the floor model, without any accessories. Nikon will not guarantee it. Price was fair; still getting used to digital Nikon. Film Nikons replaced with micro4/3rds system. This will help get back to my second happy place. All is getting to be well.

Very nice camera. Easy to learn and use. The only thing bad about it is that when your a bit far and want to take a very close picture, its picture looks like an iPhone picture but love it camera.

Definitely a great camera for an entry level photographer but I feel that it is a camera ill be able to grow with and learn a lot with. Am still learning my way around all the functions but that's just the fun of learning a new device :) also couldn't be happier with service and advice I received from best buy and their associates.

This camera takes amazingly sharp photographs. It has such a simple auto program that I'll probably only rarely feel the need to use manual settings. I feel like a true "photographer" now instead of a snapshot artist.

This is one great camera. Point and shoot is possible right out of the box. However, with so many features, and picture pissibilities, you really can exploit this cameras features. Take a class if your a civ...e . But, hey have fun with it. With diffetent lenses attached, great pictures are endless.

Bought this as a replacement for my 10 year old Canon DSLR. Was originally looking at another Canon, but after talking so some photographers that I know I took a chance and bought the Nikon instead. Picture quality has been great, it is very responsive and easy to use. Would highly recommend it.

This is a great camera at a great price, and seems to be custom made for us beginners at DSLR photography! It has a fantastic guide in the software to take care of your settings ....gives great pics with the amount of mega-pixels that it packs in...More than enough to keep the amateur in us happy!

We bought this camera to take on a vacation. We only used it for about a week before our vacation, but it was very easy to learn how to use. We bought an extra lens for extra zoom, and it worked great for far-away shots. So far we have not found anything negative about this camera. None of us are experienced with photography, but it takes great pictures. Very satisfied!

I bought this camera to serve as a starter camera for my husband. Little did I know, he figured out how go use it pretty quickly and even my son was taking professional looking shots on his first try. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this camera to just about anyone.

I love my new Nikon 3200. I compared the full Nikon line-up and found this model to be the best value for the money. Easy to use but plenty of features for more advanced photography. Perfect for me and a good piece of equipment for my teenager who is just learning the art. Very pleased.

This is our first full size DSLR camera, but after the recommendation of our sales associate, and many reviews I read on the internet, we are happy with our purchase. It takes beautiful pictures, is very user friendly, and other than it's size and weight, that we're not used to, it is great!

We bought this camera the day before going to Europe. I have never owned or used an SLR, only film or digital compacts. Although there were a lot of things I wish I knew to ensure I had good pictures, we were able to take photos in many conditions mostly with ease using the various settings. Only a handful of pictures in various scenes (motion, dark, shadow, cloudy, direct sun) came out dark, blurry, or with the wrong portion in focus. Many bright light pictures had a pink glare circe in the same spot in various places we visited - I did not use a filter or hood. There are certainly features that we accessed a lot which could benefit from dedicated buttons on the camera rather than digging through menus. Still, overall, most pictures came out very well, and we took a lot in our solid 2 weeks of using it.

I have yet to get to know some of the capabilities of this SLR. What I do know is this camera challenges me to find out its capabilities which is refreshing. I think I am the limiting partner in this relationship.
Easy point and shoot on auto with great results. ISO adjustment for low light , in shutter priority mode is excellent. Taking pictures in a dimly lit basketball court during a game without a flash, and even using a zoom lens, the photos of action are crisp and clear.
A review would not be complete without a suggestion. When holding the camera vertically it is way to easy for my big thumb to accidentally move the command dial. That can change the ISO, thus the shutter speed etc. Maybe some type of a lock would be nice there.
The 24 megapixel resolution is awesome. Len changes are easy and fast. It is not as easy as it should be with the software to instantly send photos to an address, but the software has a lot to offer.
Overall what I have seen, a very nice camera.

One of the best cameras on the market. I am not by any means a professional photographer, but this camera is user friendly I feel like I am sometimes. I've brought this camera to both of my best friends graduations and my trip to Florida. It's a great camera and recommend this to anyone who has a passion for photography

I personally have a different model number, but purchased this one as a gift for my brother. He LOVES it! He mentioned that it is easy to use, captures great images, and is very satisfied with it overall. Definitely recommend!
