    Amazing Camera

The Nikon D7200 camera is freaking awesome. I originally purchased a Nikon D5300 as I thought It would do everything that I wanted and it's an amazing little camera don't get me wrong. But I'm so glad that I stepped up to the D7200 as it offers better picture quality all around as well as gives you access to some of the more pro features that aren't available in the D5300. The price difference between the two cameras isn't too steep, And if I had to do it over again I would've just saved a little longer for the D7200. The only gripe I have is that the screen on the D7200 does not pop out and allow you swivel like you can on the D5300. Excellent camera, I'm still figuring out how to use everything but I feel this is easier to use than the D5300 but that's just my opinion.

Love my newest addition to my Nikon family of cameras. Great resolutuon on the large screen and the 24 megapixels are amazing. It was awesome to pick up my camera at 10am and be shoring a wedding with it at 2pm the same day. I actually paid more for this camera from best buy due to the taxes, but it made shooting my bride worth the extra money.

Having a sound level meter for video is a great improvement. Auto focus appears to be better than on the D7100 also. Disappointed that there was not a monitor protector like the one on the D7100. Had to buy different type.. Basically well satisfied with this camera.

    Solid DX Choice

D7200 is my 4th Nikon body. I destroyed my D300 and needed a new DX body to replace it. Unfortunately for me the D500 was a bit too pricey for my current situation and my lenses limited me to DX. I've been very satisfied with the D7200. Image performance is much better than my old D300. The body lacks the solidness of a pro level body but what do you expect for 1/2 the price? The only control I miss is a dedicated AF-ON button. It's great having two SD slots; I've been saved a number of times after forgetting to replace the card that remained in my card reader at home. If you're a Nikon person, don't hesitate to put the D7200 in your kit. It has the outstanding ergonomics and design that Nikon is known for.

I've had both the D7000 and D7100 previously - this has many incremental improvements. The built-in wi-fi is nice to have. And it seems to be better in low light conditions. I'm not seeing any "noise" at ISO 1600.

This camera is packed with so many features. It would be absolutely perfect if it had a fold out tilt screen, but for the price it comes with so much more and takes amazing quality photos.

Great photo capabilities, poor video capabilities

I have two other great Nikon cameras, but I bought this camera right before a trip overseas because I wanted to be able to take videos of my trip as well as future trips and family events. I should've read reviews before buying it for video capabilities, but I guess that was my own fault. The first day I tried to record video, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the focusing and sound quality. Although I do love the picture quality and the wifi capability, I wouldn't recommend this camera to anyone looking for a video camera. Buy a cheaper DSLR and another video camera for videos. Of course, when I asked if there were ANY way I could get a full refund or even a partial refund and partial store credit, the store wouldn't allow me to without waiving the 10% restocking fee. So disappointing. It's still a great camera for pictures, but don't buy it for videos.

I've owned many Nikons and this one is the best! Takes great pictures and has lots of features. The built in wi-fi is a big plus! Only wish it transferred video files as well.

Ready for an upgrade, I decided to go with the 7200 based on its amazing ISO range and 24+ megapixels. The Wi-Fi is great for uploading images directly to a Nikon App where you can download and share to social media. Not to mention, live view, 1080p video and adjustable time lapse photography.

I have just started using this camera and have everything is great so far. Camera feels great in my hand and there are many options right at the top of your finger. The layout of the camera is easy to use. There are many options yet to discover, but I know that I won't go wrong with this camera.

I got this for my husband as his main Christmas present. He told me he wanted to upgrade his present Nikon camera and only needed the camera body as he has several lenses. I asked him what model he wanted and this was his choice. He will be happy for years to come.

This camera is easy to use even for a novice like me. I have been taking pictures at baseball games of pitchers and batters and they are so clear even with the fast action.
