Protective Glass Installation

I had the employee install protective glass on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and install phone into my new case. He did not use the guide when installing the glass. The case hits the edge of the glass and is peeling it away from the phone's surface. The guide is supplied for a reason. Now I will have to go back to the store to get new glass and not have it installed by the same guy. I have never paid someone to install glass on a phone before, and this very first time was quite disappointing. I expected more from a Best Buy Installer.

They shield on my watch never work. It peels off and looks very bad. They change it one time and in no time it was peeling off again

The guys at geek squad installed my screen and did not hand me the box back, not letting me register it, and now I have a cracked screen with no replacement

ZAGG has always been my choice when it comes to screen protectors. With the smaller bezels get on these phones, the tougher it gets to line up the screen protector perfectly. Paid for a replacement after I applied it wrong. Thought taking it to Geek Squad for a professional install, it would be apply perfectly. It's uneven and never fully adhered to the screen. I'm not sure if taking it back it if they could realign the same one or would have to replace it completely.

  A shield installation with Best Buy should not leave the screen protector in an uneven position. Please do bring your phone back in so that we can take a look into our options.

Too many bubbles. Protective cover comes off. Have not gotten back to the store due to Covid-19 to have it checked.

I brought an Zagg to protect my Apple Watch and I want somebody to put it on. They did great on my iPhone. When I got home I noticed there was bubbles, it was starting to come off, so I had to order something else to protect my watch. Not very happy.

I had geek squad install the protective glass screen on my brand new galaxy s23 ultra. I dropped it from about 4 feet today and my screen is shattered.

I paid to have the guy put on my screen protector. They could have informed me that I bought the wrong size and I would have exchanged it so he could install the correct one. Instead he must have cut it down and put to put it on. Less than a week with this expensive screen protector and it’s all coming up! Remind you, I paid to have this put on!

I paid 50bucks for this protector and install. He would not do it in front of me, I swear he swapped it for something cheaper because he had an issue with me asking for my box. It Haas been less than a month and it is already coming off. It was put on crooked!!

I am very disappointed. The technician messed up the first protector and had to grab a second one. This one is not put on properly either and is coming off.
