Steven Scaggs from the Geek Squad did an amazing job setting up my new TV system and universal remote. Even fixed a problem Comcast created to resolve a network problem. Really very helpful, smart and pleasant person.

Very impressed with your Geek Squad. The set up was flawless. I was amazed by the assistance rendered. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way allowing me to call and email him with questions. I could not have wished for better service. Worth every penny of the cost.

Brandon and Bob did an excellent job of mounting this large 75" TV to the wall. They also did a nice job of explaining the new Sony 4K TV's features and options. I was surprised that they also assisted with a few tweaks to my surround sound system which was very much appreciated. Thank you guys.

The technician that showed up with my new 55” Sony tv and sound bar was very knowledgeable about the products and how to mount even though I supplied the mount. The install was competed cleanly and quickly. Answered all questions I had about use. Setup remotes and Direct TV.

The Geek Squad was very professional with their craft and answered my questions. They quickly and professionally mounted and secured my TV to the Den wall and connected the TV to the video components and cable box. The also showed me how to use my remote control. This was extremely helpful.

I was very impressed with the levelof capability of the Geek guys who did my installation of a 75" wall mount and configure it with extising internet, sound bar. The guys even stayed to help solve a cable TV provider who had an issue while they were here. I am very happy!

We had a newly purchased 65" tv mounted by Geeks. The location has several art installations so placement was important to me. I was concerned about the esthetics of the placement as well as the optimal location of the screen for best viewing. And the Geeks did a great job.

Two guys came to mount and configure a new 75” TV and move and remount an existing TV. They were professional and demonstrated proficiency in their tasks. They were knowledgeable about the questions I asked and were able to recommend products and services I didn’t even know existed.

They were able to get the 75" q6f down the basement stairs with no problems. Professional and careful unboxing, attaching the wall mounts to the TV and hanging it. No issues with the setup and everything worked,

This is the second time that Geek Squad has installed a large (80" & 82") TV for me, and they are awesome. They are very skilled, professional and friendly; they mounted my TV perfectly and explained how to use the remote. I will rely on Geek Squad for all my future TV mounting.

These guys are simply the best. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Fast and left our house clean too. Didn’t leave until I understood all I needed to know. Wall mount two TVs, kits to hide all wires in the wall on both and connect and program TVs and sound system.

I recommend anyone who doesnt want to mess up there install just have bestbuy do it. The mounted my TVs and redirected power to hide my wires all fast and quick. These all know their job well. I'd rather pay someone to do it right then waste my free time doing it myself.

Great customer service they come out got mounted and set up. They answered all my questions and made sure i was set to relax and watch tv in an enjoyable manner!!!! can call them and ready to answer and help and come out to help me at my home can’t better than that!!

The guys came in and made sure they had booties on to keep my floor clean. Very organized, polite and kept a clean work environment given they were there about two hours to install my 75" TV on the wall. They even made sure it all worked with my Sonos system. Very happy with service!

I purchased over $3,500 in items for my home entertainment system for my new apartment in August. I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment for Geek Squad to come and install everything at the end of September, which was disappointing. Two gentlemen came to install the system, and much to my chagrin, explained very little about how everything worked. This is my first 4K Smart TV and I had very little clue as to how to work it frankly. A week came and went and I was never able to connect to the internet to use the Smart TV features like Netflix, YouTube, etc. I called to have someone come back out to check it out, they determined that the Wi-Fi chip in the TV was damaged, and another was ordered free of charge. Two weeks later Geek Squad came back to hook the new TV up and they concluded that it simply was not connected to the appropriate network (2.4G instead of 5G). I am still unsure why that was not discovered or known when the TV was initially installed. Sadly there were weeks of wasted time when the fix was simple all along. Given how little I know about these things, I would never have discovered that on my own. I would only recommend this to folks who don't know the first thing about hanging a flat screen TV and have no one around they trust to do it for them.

Wow, if we had to put up the wall mount and set up the TV, we would probably still be working at it 2 days later. Geek squad came in with 3 guys and in about 1 hour 2 TVs were hung and all hooked up and we were shown how to use everything. Easy peasy. Love it!!!!

They did an amazing job installing my television and their attention to details could not have been better, They even fixed the disaster that another set of installers left that day (I bought two television sets and they were delivered on the same day). I cannot recommend this service enough!

Techs were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Took time to explain everything about the mounting of our TV and also took time to help with a small adjustment problem with a different Best buy product. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

The guys who came out were very impressive. They were over the top knowledgeable on aspects of installing and setting up my components. Great professional job and cleaned up after they were complete. Took the time to explain what was being done and why it was done that way.
