Great work man I like what you guys do keep it up like that

Before adding this backup camera I always felt like I was going back in time whenever I had to drive my suv. Something as simple as adding a backup camera and radio system with bluetooth makes all the difference. Now it feels like I have a modern vehicle and to be honest, upgrading the radio and adding the camera is a lot cheaper than having to upgrade the entire vehicle.

Jim is by far the best at his craft!!! The attention to detail is always top notch.

This is the first time I have used the Geek Squad. I had a backup camera installed on my Jeep Wrangler 2015 along with replacing my factory installed sound system with an apple car play compatible Sony system. The price was right and service was excellent.

I had a backup camera and radio installed. The mechanic was fast and knew what he was doing.

We had to replace the stereo in our 2005 Honda Accord, and were utterly confused. Advised by our mechanic to go to Best Buy, our initial visit was characterized by the installer immediately narrowing down our choices to a few compatible mfgrs. Then, he found a BB video further advising on quirks of installing units into the 2005 Accord! Though we got confused several times in ordering-purchasing all the components the two installers were very patient and polite. The install was finished in the promised time frame and the stereo and back-up camera have worked very well.

The guys at Fairfield mall bestbuy are top notch installers. Very professional, informative and courteous. And something I had never seen before that made my day, thebyoung man was working in exotic skinned boots. (Only people who love these will understand)

Was hoping the installation was free with the purchase, especially since I already had a back up camera. Not sure if I was upsold

They didn't have the camera when I went in to set up an appointment,. They Ordered one for me through Bestbuy which I paid for at the time the appointment was set up. The problem was the delivery was delayed three times. They had set up an appointment for Monday and still no camera. I called and explained the problem. Luckily they had received their order for cameras. I talked to the manager and he let them install one of their cameras and I was able to bring my camera in after it was delivered without having to pay for two cameras. I really appreciate the manager working with me.

Left car for 6 hours of install work on stereo unit, back up camera and speakers. Done in 4 hours! Everything installed beautifully. Had to ask to be shown where lines were from back up camera to stereo and was very pleased to see the quality of professionalism that had been performed. The Happy Valley shop is definitely the place to get Best Buy install work done!

The camera plugs into the stereo I purchased in December 2021 and it works great. According to the manufacturer website the camera would not work with the vehicle I purchased it for. The Geek Squad tech said it was compatible and it does work. Drew and his team at Best Buy, Huntington, WV do a great job.

Installed backup camera when I updated the head unit and speakers in my 2007 4Runner. Best Buy did a great job installing everything at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the backup camera failed after about a week but the parts and reinstall action are all covered by Best Buy warranty so I’m hoping all will work out in the end.

Dope camera, clear picture, better than the factory one I had. Great price too.

The unit was installed professionally and works great. All pertinent information was relayed to me in understandable way and I was able to use the equipment immediately which greatly increases the safety and enjoyability driving my vehicle.
