I bought a backup camera to go along with my navigation system on aused van i bought recently, as it has many blind spots while backing. I had best buy technician install at the same time as my navigation system. All of the wires are hidden and the camera works very well. Thanks Geek squad

I have an 04 pickup that has never had anything but factory equipment. I decided to update to a better stereo and since my pickup sits high I decided to get the backup camera. It was a lot of work for the installer but he did it without any complaints and he did an excellent job. Everything works great and I would definitely recommend anyone to get an install there. We decided to take my husbands truck for a new install soon since they did such a great job.

The service technicians did another great job installing my new stereo head unit and backup camera. Second vehicle install was just as good as my first vehicle install. All functions work perfectly as intended without fault. Apple CarPlay functions, great care in placement of the USB lead, microphone placement, and camera location. Only hiccup was the sales tech did not charge me for the steering wheel interface at time of support items purchase and service appointment. Good thing the item was available on site at time of install appt!

It’s a little hard to get an appointment, but the staff were excellent! I didn’t have some of the equipment needed for the installation and they went above and beyond to walk me through options and installed the equipment efficiently and correctly!

The installer could have done a better job of running the power cables from camera to head unit. He apparently did not take any pains in trying to run the cables in such away that they would not be damaged when mounting or retrieving spare tire from under vehicle.

Geek squad installed my rearview camera for my jeep. Not only did I not have to wait long to have it scheduled but on the day of service they were quick and efficient! They communicated with me what they were doing, and listen to my requests of where I wanted placement. I wouldn’t trust anybody else, but the geek squad! They are top notch!

I have a car that triggered difficult to see out. The back of this has become an excellent aid for backing up and backing into places that normally would be difficult.

My son installed a new touch screen stereo to my 2012 Toyota Tundra but did not feel qualified to connect my backup camera since it was tied to my rear view mirror, so I called other places but they wouldn’t touch it because they didn’t sell me the stereo. I went to the Best Buy in Bluffton SC and spoke with Mike Hammer. He said it wouldn’t be a problem. He made an appointment with me. I took it in and he did a great job and it works great for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Best Buy and Mike Hammer.
