Not a lot of Best Buys do car installations which I didn't know. The folks at the Schaumburg store were great. Think I dealt with two different people from purchase and scheduling to installation a few weeks later. They explained how parts would be mailed to me and I got lots of updates. Quality of installation and walkthrough was good too. Finished in the exact time they said it would take.

My vehicle backup camera was installed in about an hour and a half. Professionally done. works great. I have used Geek squad before for a television install. They do a great job. Side note, the customer service employees inside the store are often less than helpful. When I was looking for my backup camera, a sales person walked right by me purposely avoiding eye contact so he wouldn't have to help me. The five stars is for the Geek squad only.

Rob and his team did an amazing job installing all of our new stereo equipment in my sons truck so he could leave for college. Really appreciate the last minute support, attention to detail, and awesome sounding system. The backup camera works great also. Highly recommended.
