    tech said it would cost another 175 dollars to install it to a ford explorer. Cheaper to go somewhere else and get it all done for cheaper.

    I had SmartStart installed in my car and it never worked correctly. It would sometimes work when I first got it installed, but now it doesn't do a thing. They made it so inconvenient that I eventually gave up. Waste of money! I've tried calling support many times, no resolution.
