I thought i was getting a good headset but instead i got an overpriced headset thats only worth 20 dollars. I figured if i spent the extra 30 dollars i would get something with more quality but i got something i could have just bought from Amazon for 20 dollars….im aggravated because first off my party can never hear me. They say it’s always very low even messing with all the settings second, there’s a ringing buzz that continues to haunt my brain. The more I use it the design of it is probably made for children because the ear part of the headset is very small and it’s very uncomfortable.

This product is very cheaply made hence the price. No one will be able to hear you in a multi person chat or in a sound intensive game unless you yell and wake up your neighbors. I would not recommend this product to even my worst enemy.

We apologize the RIG 300 PRO HC didn't work out for you. We do have a low price on this product at $39.99 - that includes one year of Dolby Atmos 3D Audio which has a value of ~ $15. So the product is inexpensive, if you net out the Dolby Atmos value for a net $25 price. But RIG headsets are not cheaply made. The RIG 300 PRO HC has a super-durable snap-fit frame designed with endurance in mind. Ear cups will snap off of the frame instead of break if someone were to sit on it. The speakers are 40mm dynamic driver speakers. The microphone is not competition grade like our RIG 800 PRO and 900 MAX series but it should do the job. GARBAGE PRODUCT

Spend a few extra bucks and buy GOOD headphones. Bought these because my JBL’s won’t work with XBOX, without an adapter. I’ll be buying an adapter. Absolute WASTE of $40 & I was stupid enough to use the Dolby access code which voided my ability to return them. Almost like they knew what they were doing when they include that free trial card, so you have to make them non-returnable just to test them out.

Purchased a Wired-Option headphones for a Lan Party where Bluetooth or Wireless is useless, these failed to deliver on every facet a Headset could, poor microphone quality, poor speaker quality.

The RIG 300 PRO HC was designed for console gaming, so a more PC-focused headset, like the RIG 500 PRO HA, would likely be a much better choice for a LAN party type event. Usually gaming devices will automatically connect to a wired headset. But sometimes, you need to manually select the headset in your console or PC audio settings - choosing headset for both audio output/speaker and audio input/microphone - even if it automatically connected previously.
