The camera would not pick up my small dog even when the dog was right in front of it. It picked me up just fine. The response time seemed a bit slow too. I put it right next to my indoor stick up cam and that seemed to detect motion first. I needed something to detect coyotes in my yard, so I took this back and opted for the indoor/outdoor stick up cam which seemed to do a better job.

Ring def have outdone themselves providing security products for in home/office usage. Images are crystal clear. Sound is perfect. Camera range and width are very dynamic. Multiple options and security features. Makes me feel safe to leave my home/office unattended. I get alerted to every single movement and noise there is.

Instead of wasting time with customer service, i bought new one. It is working really well and worth 5-Stars. I give 4-Stars since first one got broken.

I have seven of these in white on the house and an additional four of these in black hidden in the trees. My home is considered to be the most secure home in the area. Still adding more with time.

The only thing is the battery clips get I. The way when you close the door so you have to push them in a little bit, but other than that a great security cam for the house.
