Owned this for about a month. So far it does a fantastic job of mapping. Got under couches, under console tables, around tight corners etc..The mop feature is very decent as well, the dirty/clean tank lasts about 1.5 cleans before you need to replace. The app is fantasic, its a clean interface, has an ai mode that learns auto-pilots the vaccum/mopping choice which i recently tried and was pretty amazed. The only draw back is it does sometimes find it getting stuck somewhere, this is rare giving it maps out pretty well, i found that it started trying to hop onto a fireplace platform and was getting caught on the incline, it got caught once under a console table. But other than that this is a fantasic machine, you have the option to create custome maps as well as avoid areas, spot clean. And the setup is super easy and quick. I recommend this 100%, if you can find this sub $1k its decent value.

New vacuum. It looks very decent. The device is very ergonomic. It’s a pity that only in white.

The absolute best for major dog hair, I have a Aussie and a Pyrenees and every robot has gotten super tangled which was a nightmare. This one handles it like a dream! About once a month if at all it will catch a clog or something but way better than any other. Only regret is not getting the one I could hook up to a water drain and have that be auto but switching out the water once a week isn’t bad. Best Buy ever!

This machine is amazing! It cleans well and has multiple settings for deep cleaning. You can program it from your phone or set it to run a schedule. It washes the mop so it never has that wet smell. Hands down a better machine than my previous other brand.

Hands down better than any other robot vaccuum ive tried. A few hundred dollars more than the competition, but for something that cleans your floors every day as well as it does I’d say it is 100% worth it. The others I’ve tried turned from an expensive headache to a big paper weight in months. My S9 hasnt given me a single issue or complaint yet so if you are between roborock and anything else I’m here to say it’s no contest.

It does well on laminate floors. It will get stuck under bed if not careful. Floors do look better than before with the constant mop feature. I find that we must clean out all parts on the bottom weekly and empty the collection compartment daily because it does not go into the base unless it’s really fine particles.

I’ve been using the Roborock S8 for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed with how well it performs. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. It mapped my home accurately on the first run and now cleans in an organized, efficient pattern.

Mopping and efficiently mapping our house . Does not get as many error messages as my roomba. Only issue I’ve had has been discharging of vacuum into bag. Had got clogged significantly and had to clean manually. Outside of that great

I used to have the Roomba S9+ and J9 mop and had nothing but issues with them. Mop stopped pumping water and the vacuum constantly thought it was stuck even after fully cleaning the sensors. The new year sales made my decision to make the switch that much easier. I really like that the roborock s8 maxv ultra is a combo unit. Ive had it running for about a month now and have zero issues with it. Some key features that stand out that make it way better than roomba for the pricepoint is it cleans its mopping pad so you have to change it less frequently. It comes with two water tanks that allow it to self fill and empty as needed. The app is way more intuitive and allows for a much more in depth customization for how you want your house cleaned. The app also alerts you when its time to perform certain types of maintenance on the unit, when the water tanks are empty/full, and when the vacuum bag is full. I have 3 dogs (two german shephards) and 3 cats (two domestic long hair) in my house so pet fur was a big issue, even the roomba struggled to handle it. The roborock has had no issues with the fur which is a huge win for any pet owner. All in all I highly recommend this product, but would strongly suggest buying it during sales events. Yes the price is worth the performance but it seems like this goes on sale often enough to where it would be smart to save money where you can

The vacuum is expensive, but i bought during thanksgiving sale, which was okay. Vacuum does pretty good job of cleaning. I have a fairly large living room with tiles and carpets, Roborock does a good job of keeping it clean. The small round rotating head was messed up after close to an year of use, but was able to find the replacement head in Amazon.

I have been using roborock for 2 months now. Its a top notch product. The routing and mapping of roborock is amazing. I can tell this because previously i used deebot and it used to get confused if i changed its place and needed a remap. Roborock i placed to a new place and it immediately adjusted the position without a remap. The cleaning of roborock is easy due to its autoempty dustbin. Overall its a good product.

This robot mop combo is a necessity for parents. Having little ones who drop food and love to pick up things from the floor has made this robot a game changer. It requires minimal maintenance and has made life so much easier. This robot has such precision, AI and navigation that it has been able to replace our need for a vacuum and for any mopping products. I would definitely recommend it to any parent!

Excellent vacuum / mop options for a 3000+ sq ft home. Mapping the entire home was easy. Separate bin for cleaning / detergent is an intelligent option. Mop Raising to 20mm works well on carpets.
