This robot i believe is one of the best in the market, it works really good, the mapping is good, the app could be improved but it is workable. i recently had one issue with an error, called the warranty and they were very helpful over the phone, the knew exactly what the problem was so it appears to be a recurring problem, FYI get oxide stains on the sensor near the mop, so it gives Error 4, luckily it was before the 1 year warranty expired (about 8 months in use). other than that, it does a great job at cleaning and mopping and mapping etc. very happy with it. pretty smart machine. ts a little pricey but well worth every penny!

The product performs exceptionally well, and I have no complaints so far. However, I recommend waiting for the Thanksgiving sale to purchase it. During the sale, the price dropped by $700—a significant discount. Unfortunately, I bought it earlier and missed out on the savings. It's definitely worth considering timing your purchase to maximize value!

I've bought other wifi floor vacuums from Shark and IRobot and jyst returned the new Dyson but they were just ok. This model from Roborock is leaps ahead of the others. Foremost, it vacuums then fills up and goes out again to mop the floor. Our house is just under 800 square feet and it returns to the dock twice to wash the mop and go out again. The clean water and used water tanks hold enough for a few days. The vacuum is superior to the others I've had and the mop is good for a daily wipe up. It has operated flawlessly so far, and smart enough to navigate everything. This senior gal gives it 5 stars for sure!

I've bought and returned multiple robot vacuums because they did an awful job of picking up my Siberian Husky's dog hair. This vacuum has absolutely no problems picking up the hair on the lowest suction settings. It also does a great job of mopping my tile and hardwood flooring. It's expensive but definitely worth the price.

Does a great job mopping and cleaning. Can also run anytime of day due to having a built in light. It also won't run into any of my pets which o absolutely love! I love this Roborock and definitely 10/10 recommend it!

Great product! I’ve been using it for 1 month, and the robot has been working well. I just need to clean the dirty water tank and periodically clean the parts as instructed. My floor is always clean.

This item works very well. I like the mapping feature. Technical support is needed to get it set the way we wanted. I would still recommend.

I watched an extensive review video before purchasing and did a good amount of research before spending almost $2000 on this. PROS: vacuuming is better than my last Roomba, mopping is a great feature (doesn’t replace the real deal, but that shouldn’t be the expectation, I love that Rocki is not leaving a ding of rub spots on my baseboards like my Roomba did, it does a good job with pet detection and maneuvering. I also enjoy seeing the pet detection photos and obstacle detection for things like scales. The map is pretty simple once you figure out how to use it. CONS: cord detection still sucks. I am constantly untangling ipad or extension cords. Then Rocki gets discombobulated when you untagle cords before letting it continue it in the room and it ends up creating a new room on the map that doesn’t exist. I now have an extra living room on my map that I can’t figure out how to delete. It also consistently got stuck in random spots like under a bench in the home gym. The voice feature is nice, but it CONSTANTLY hears the voice command when we’ve not said anything close to “hello rocky” and there is no way to cancel the voice command. After you hear it say “I’m here” out of the blue and don’t respond with one of the preset voice commands, the error message is long and annoying. I’ve gotten to where I just say turn the volume up/down, but even that command has to be EXACT not to then get the error message. The cons are probably NBD for a cheaper product, but for $2000, it’s honestly super dissappointing. Would I recommend this to a friend? Not without lots of caveats and not to anyone who doesn’t have tons of disposable income to spend this much on a product with the type of flaws where you’re still babysitting it.

I love this bot. Does a great job avoiding obstacles and short steps. Better cleaning and more efficient navigation than my irobot i8+. I love the different control options as well.

I am actually surprised that this doesnt have a closer to 5 star rating. I am amazed by this Roborock. Our Shark robot vacuum (without the mopping feature) died after a few years, I was not impressed with the way it performed, so I was looking at other brands to replace that one. I had no idea what I was missing out on all these years. This feels like the cadillac of robot vacuums. The design is sleek and stylish, the app is awesome with tons of features, the mopping is even better than my Tineco vacuum mop… all with the convenience of saving me so much time! I have 2 toddlers and 2 dogs, so this is a lifesaver all around… my house feels so much cleaner now! Definitely well worth the investment!

The vacuum worked great for the first 6 months. Then the flex arm that extends with the side brush stopped working. For a product with this huge of a price tag to stop performing like intended within 6 months is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We are still working with warranty to see how this can be addressed but this shouldn't even be an issue at this point.

Was not too difficult to set up. Better pattern and cleans better than our previous shark. My wife loves it and wit 2 small children, it keeps the floors nice and clean. Love it. Only slight issue is it sometimes has a hard time understanding voice commands.

Really loving it so far, but I'm not a huge fan of the app personally. It's mostly fine but i wish they had separate buttons for "vacuum only" vs "vacuum and mop" which is the one listed by default. Maybe I'm just notbused to the app though, and I did still find a way to vacuum only albeit a little more complicated than I expected!

This thing is amazing! I have had a shark and an iRobot and this thing blows them out of the water. It is extremely satisfying to see how it separates the dirty water from the clean water when mopping and washing the pads. I don’t even know how the other brands were actually cleaning my floors or just rubbing dirt and grime all over my floors. I highly recommend this robot.
