    Vacuuming and mopping GREAT!!! I’ve owned other brands and this one surpasses them all. I’m picky for programming customization and this one has it all in the app. The arm is still in the development stage but the cameras on the arm and unit themselves are pretty handy when out of the house and need to check up on pets! Only downfall is the price. But overall recommend it!!!!

    Love the Roborock Z70. Strong suction, smart navigation, and it actually cleans every room instead of wandering around. Handles pet hair and dust easily, works great on carpets and hard floors, and the app is simple to use. Makes keeping floors clean effortless. Definitely recommend.

    I picked this up on a sale for about $1300 after tax and instantly it was a hit. We had a Combo J7+ from IRobot that had died just out of warranty and figured id try a new brand. I didnt know what I was missing. The Z70 is much quieter, mops way better, and the tech is just magnitudes better than the roomba was. I was actually wondering if the irobot reviewers were using the same vacuums. With the Z70 I dont even realize its cleaning, and yet it cleans better overall. I have 2 large dogs, a muddy backyard, and all hardwood floors. Pair that with 2 kids and a mountain of friends using my place as a hub and its no easy challenge for a robot. The roomba did well enough, keeping up with the dog hair but the floor always felt a bit dirty even when I had the standalone bravo mop. Enter the Z70 and the floors were impeccable. The mops make it super shiny and the dog hair and mess is still gone. With the heaps of praise out of the way, there are 2 things that I must comment on (Though they are positives in my eye) First, the controversial robot arm. In my use case, having a golden retriever that loves to bring socks and toys from the second floor down to the main floor where the z70 lives, the arm has been great. Its still a bit of a gimmick, but, it does exactly what its supposed to. Puts the socks and toys in the basket and proceeds with cleaning the floor. Is it worth 1k extra? probably not, but at the same price as the 10R I think its worth the money. Second, my Z70 actually died after 1 month of use. While this may sound bad, it seems that water was the culprit and I have yet to be able to figure out how. It could be my golden doing golden things with the robot, or my younger child, but either way, it was sent in after failing to run and determined to be out of warranty. However, Roborock was amazing with their support and is in the process of sending me a new refurb of the Z70 that I love so much. They have been very helpful the entire process and very understanding of the issue. While I still havnt figured out how it broke, the fact they are replacing it (thankfully as it was only a month old) is what I call top tier service. So much so that I have bought a Saros 10 now to replace my other roomba on the second floor. So the gist of this is, the Saros Z70 is great, but water is bad for it. RoboRock Support is top tier, and the I can't recommend thier Saros line enough for those with large animals and a lot of foot traffic on hardwood floors.

    Great robot vacuum but the arm is kind of a gimmick more than anything. Otherwise it does a great job cleaning up with the mop and vacuum. Use it regularly and seems to be a great system honesty. It has errors every now and then with connection but other than that is good.

    This vacuum has been a game changer. We have gone through a few robot vacuums over the years and some have a mop pad and do a little cleaning but this to scrub and move the arms around plus all the other features raising and lowering itself and the other features it has. Research this on Roborocks website, buy it here for the Best Buy total protection on it.

    After thoroughly researching robot vacuums, I purchased Roborock's top of the line Saros Z70 for it's advanced features, including the arm (which I've not tried), and in particular, their "24/7" customer service. DO NOT consider the 24/7 customer service a valid claim by RR. If you have a problem...good luck getting assistance I've had issues with circular streaks, and the machine not cleaning even water spots on my tile only floor. The pads were brand new, so dirty pads weren't the issue, the water flow is also sufficient. I otherwise appreciated the mapping options, etc., but the mop simply doesn't clean. When I've called RR with questions, the CSRs have most often lacked the knowledge to answer questions, or they don't comprehend your question, because even after you explain "the mop pads are clean, why does it streak?" they reply with the same answer of "dirty mop pads". This has happened with other questions, and different CSRs. Emails are not much better in terms of providing answers. RR either doesn't reply, or they provide a stock answer to a completely unrelated issue. They want you to send a video, even if it's a question about how to do something, vs an operational issue. Clearly not necessary. I have sent them videos with the streaking (not easy to capture by camera!), and they have never replied. I've tried YouTube, not helpful because most only show set-up, not trouble shooting, even Reddit, not so helpful either, after following suggestions. Your best bet is CHATGPT. Following their suggestions for trouble-shooting, it seems the mops are not making proper contact with the floor surface. I followed their multiple steps and suggestions to remedy, which made sense, but didn't correct the problem. I actually wound up returning it for a new one, since Roborock didn't help me to determine if it was defective. Pretty much the same issue with the second machine - I found this is not an uncommon problem after reviewing many sources of information. I've tried to reach Inventor Richard Chang, and Quan Gang, President of RR, Corporate CS, marketing. They are rock-tight finding information to contact them, except the one phone number and their support email address. I also have not been able to get through via phone, after 3 or 4 calls, the call drops immediately, over and over. I call from my Google phone number, it is not a problem with my phone. ANYWAY, long rant of my personal experience... In the end, this machine seems like it could be great, especially based on the incentivized reviews, but I'll never know, because their customer service is essentially non-existent after you request assistance for an issue. I'll be returning this, which is a real shame, and start my research over again!!

    The Costly Catch: Robot Vacuum with a Useless Arm

    This robot vacuum is definitely above average given its high price, but it doesn't quite hit the top tier. Plus, the robotic arm is pretty much useless. The biggest downside is that it's way too expensive.

    I had the other model and I really liked it so I decided to upgrade. I absolutely love it. It is very sleek. It’s easy to hook up to the Internet. The vacuum power and mopping power are outstanding. I highly recommend this product.
