Contacted Sumsung support and they wanted me to test endless settings, take pictures, take pictures again, and will not stop texting me with more troubleshooting questions AFTER I already shipped the monitor to them. If the monitor works, it's decent and cheap. If it fails, just throw it in the garbage and buy a new one rather than deal with their terrible support.
