It is good. Except only came with one cord and it is not compatible to my docking station for my surface. I will have to get an adaptor.

It’s an okay value, but I’m having a lot of trouble with it. I’ve tried different cables and ports and no matter what I do the screen flickers or turns green when connected to my MacBook. The resolution is okay but not great. I will probably end up returning for a different monitor.

Was told it was the same as the larger display monitor, curved with speakers; got it for a Christmas gift and fond out it was a flat monitor with no speakers. Very disappointing.

My monitor keeps flickering and I sometimes goes completely out. I am constantly having to unplug and plug to reset only weeks after purchase.

NEVER BUY REFURB OR OPEN BOX ONLINE FROM BB

OK, this is the 2nd time I got burned buying REFURB OR OPEN BOX ONLINE FROM BB. Both times resulted in an unnecceasarily stupid, waste of time and money. This was to be an EXCELLENT OB monitor. However, there was no Samsung box. There was no manual. And dumbest of all, the generic electric cord was not what this box uses. Now I have to take this thing back to a store, so I can get my money back sooner, during an extremely busy time. I learned: NEVER BUY REFURB OR OPEN BOX ONLINE FROM BB

Defective within a month

I used this for less than a month and all of a sudden the screen went dark and could not be reset. I went back to Best Buy and bought an HP. So far it works fine. I will be interested to see how accommodating they are on the return of the Samsung I had less than 30 days.

defective monitor out of box

I purchased this item on 09/25/2025 along with an Omni PC at Best Buy Athens, Ga. when I unpacked and set all up, The picture on screen was all garbled and could not read. After examining the monitor, found scratches all over front of monitor. Was told by a women in Minn, that I had place order for another monitor . I made purchase and when went to pku in Athens, had to make purchase again. Thepurchase in Athens was recredited to card, but the purchase m with women in Minn is still on card and I am going to have to dispute with Visa
because should not be a charge for returning defective monitor. Best Buy's return policy really sucks.

Bought this 8/10/2025 with a new Dell CPU, worked fine until this morning, 11/24/2025. It now has a line running horizontally across the screen about 3" down from the top. It's an annoyance more than a problem, but of course it is beyond the date where it can be returned.
This wasn't my first choice for a display, but the one I wanted was no longer in stock. I overlooked my past dislike for Samsung products , bad choice.
