Monitor has vibrant color after adjusting manually, even with a lower pixel density graphics still look very crisp. Does have a level of glare that was more noticeable than my previous monitor but was easily fixed after adjusting the angle on a few RGB peripherals and adjusting my light.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly.
I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference.
When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy.
I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.
